They cheat customers. We took loan from Vizag branch through kakinada They told us they would charge RBI interest rates (repo) but they charge higher rates. They wont enroll eligible customers for PMAY scheme (purposely). They will have you pay more insurance. They make customers pay more than other banks. When you question them they tell you to get transferred to other banks or repay the principle amount. Even worse now they are saying customers shouldnt believe the staff as the staff might leave their bank and they dont take responsibility for their own employees. We got cheated
