Only come here if you want a regular square haircut nothing major should be expected.Have expected a professional stylist experience but left extremely disappointed and sad. I specifically asked for a stylist that knows how to give me a certain style of haircut and had to adjust my schedule for the sake of this haircut with their most experienced stylist. Personally, I wouldn’t mind going extra mile for a good haircut but that’s not the case here, I’m disappointed beyond words.One humble recommendation to your business for the sake of future Customers : if y’all can’t do something or don’t know something please be upfront about it so that as a customer we can make a choice and it’s always a good practice to under promise and over deliver not the other way around.

This was my first visit to Bubbles and it was only for a haircut. After reading all the reviews thought of giving it a try! Though it was my first visit ... It did not feel like one... The team at reception is very warm and they do understand what the customer is looking for. I was very happy with the Hair cut felt like a great make over after days !!! Looking forward for regular visits from now on to try out the other services they offer !!!

I went in with high expectations but it turns out that they don’t know how to handle curly hair and are quick to dismiss it as ‘frizzy’ and ‘unmanageable’. The final result was underwhelming and mediocre to the say the least. The service doesn’t match up to the hefty prices charged! ₹1800 for a hair wash and blow dry with styling is bonkers. The only positives I can add are that the ambience was okay and the staff was polite. I wouldn’t visit again and I do not recommend.

They are maintaining covid protocols as far as I could see. The place is clean and neat and the senior stylist is very proficient and good at her work. Their pricing is at par with that of Delhi salons.

This is the first time getting a haircut in vizag and I looked for a familiar brand within the city to go ahead. My stylist Nushrat(I apologize if I spelt your name wrong here) did a wonderful job and she was patient enough to listen and understand my requirement. She took her time and made sure the cut came right . I went for a straight cut at the back and wanted a very few layers in the front. Though the price is a bit on a higher side since I got what i needed I am okay with that. Thank you Nushrat 😊

So I went in for a haircut and the ambience , service provided , products used were all professional and good.I went in with a hip length hair and mentioned to the stylist that I dont want much alterations in the lenght.i came out with a hairlenght just above my shoulder blades hair . And the worst part was that I am a 2b curly hair girl and the stylist didnt even notice it. She chopped a major part of my hair and as it is curly it shrunk furthur more.this was so so disappointing coz its the first time I visited bubbles and seriously I went to other saloons in siripuram who used the same quality products,gave me the exact hair cut as this one gave and never ever shortened my hair but left it cute and bouncy and for a much lower price...I got a similar cut multiple times and never was my length cut so so short and as my hair is curly from the middle part, all of those curls are chopped off and now my hair has a mind of its own. I dont want to ignore the fact that whatever cut she gave was actually pretty nice, but she couldnt keep the length of curls..even if she did a waist length cut I would have enjoyed but so short? Its a regretful visit.

I visited Bubbles, Vizag on 14 Nov for a full face Rica wax service. During the service, I had pointed out multiple times to the stylist/beautician to avoid waxing in the same area multiple times. She didnt listen. Post my session, I experienced massive burns all over my face and neck for which I am undergoing major skin treatment. After leaving this feedback on their whatsapp number, I got a call from the salon, apologising and asking me to visit their salon again in the future and also to attach the images of the burn, etc. Immediately, I shared the images of the burns along with the medical prescription.Team, I have undergone mental torture for a simple service, the cost of the treatment is 3X. Let me make one thing clear, this is absolutely unprofessional, and utter garbage behaviour - I need a FULL REFUND back to the bank source and NO, I will make sure neither does me or my mom or her friends visit Bubbles salon after this terrible experience.The staff wasnt wearing a PPE kit, be careful and think ten times before stepping in.
