Spacious place with nice sitting arrangement and interior. However, food and service have to be drastically improved. We ordered rice and got half cooked extremely hard serving. When complained, they gave a lame excuse. Told waiter to give lemons with kebab platter but he ignored my request. Please improve on customer satisfaction.

Very very very bad service, will not recommend to anyone. Staff is not good at all, they think that they are the most busiest person in the world , ask to order everything in one shot. Had to ask 4 times to clean the table. Did not serve or even asked for water for first 30 mins.If you want to ruin your evening then only go to Punjabi Grill.

An extraordinary place to have kebabs and nan with butter chicken. Biryani is not the best , but yes good to go. They arrange temporary buffet sessions and offer a huge menu , it will be a good one to hangout with friends for sure.

Food was not at all tasty. Best food we had there was green salad. The mutton they served didnt even taste like mutton. Chicken tandoori was ok. But nothing was that tasty. Felt disgusted. Was very disappointed. I think that was the reason why we were the only customer in the restaurant at dinner time.

Was not a bad experience! Went there with my office colleagues. Ordered a lot from their menu and was not disappointed. They have a small room for office parties or big group. Toilet was not as clean as expected.

Well i have mix experience with this restaurant, cause when i visited for first time i enjoyed their rajmah and other paneer dishes. But on further visits i couldnt find everyone fine. I was not able to order something of my choice, not available are the two words that i hate most. And mostly rajmah not available means something wrong. Green salad also not available always.Most worst thing i found there is its staff, lack of serving manners, bad hospitality, its named as punjabi grill but couldnt found anything that tastes like punjab except rajmah, that too unavailable mostly.

Resturant near to Rk beach visited twice during vacation .Firtsly they dont have the food which we order especially mutton and the other food stuff are not much spicy.too much delay in serving food .when we visit second time the same process repeated. we dont have other resturant to eat over there. Need more attention towards customers few dishes are good enough in taste.

As we entered into the restaurants we felt like ok with the ambience nd thought of like food will be good... We sat nd suddenly on the table i saw an cockroach running nd i felt like chii... Okay we hav ordered the food which is totally of vegetarian only with paneer, for chilli panneer they hav given us sweet panneer no spiciness and for paneer tikka masala they given us again a curry with out spiciness or even a minimum taste... Nd finally the people who are taking orders should suggest us with the quantity and quality but thry are not that much known.. I would say the place is slightly overpriced for what it has to offer. The food isnt that great either. I have to say the onion parathas were really good. The staff is too lazy to serve water. Very bad service. I think there are many places out there that have better Punjabi food and nice customer service. I think the first that any restaurant does is to server their customers water. But not this one.

Its the worst restaurant I had ever been to. The ambiance is average. The service is very bad. The food is not up to the mark. The restrooms are not separate for men and women. No proper cleaning of restrooms. You wont even be provided a finger bowl to wash your hands.

Being from North india it is one of the best place in Vizag you can dine in....if you are a non vegetarian then you must try chicken tara (Chief special) there...veg food is also good. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience here. During my Puja trip to Vizag, I went to this restaurant for lunch. Firstly, we didnt get the food we wanted to have. Secondly, after we ordered Chicken Dum Biriyani as per their suggestion, it came almost after 30 minutes & with awful tastes. Other side dishes were also similar. Chicken was not fresh & smelly. Finally, in a big space there were only 3 split AC which were not in a position to cool the area. Overall very bad experience. Was not in a position to click photo, we just somehow finished our lunch & rushed out.

Food was not up to mark. I ordered Punjabi murg. The chicken pieces were hard and not at all good. The pickled onions were good with which I could eat something.

Ambience is pretty ordinary and service quality is not upto the mark. If want to have a wholesome experience this place is not for you. Food was okay but I had a bad experience with one of their dish, Chefs Special Murg Rara, it was prepared with over burnt oil and a foul smell was coming out of it.

On our trip to Vizag we tried this restaurant few times. I have no complaint about food. Food was good except one time I felt mushrooms were not cleaned properly and I got stomach infection with them. The service of the waiters is really really bad. They keep on taking things from table without permission. They are very rude too. One of the waiter was OCD. Waiters when bring the food their fingers dip in the bowls which is awful. Without asking they bring bill. When they serve food they can serve using their arms over or around your head. All the waiters need either a strict training or sacking. The owner or manager of the restaurant should really come and see how these waiters are spoiling the image of such a lovely place in a lovely area. I request to the manager or the owner of the restaurant to do surprise visits or to send some relatives to check the rubbish service of the restaurant.

This place is right next to my house, and to be quite honest, I’ve walked in several times with the intention of trying it out. But, believe it or not, the ambience is so bad that I always change my mind the moment I walk through the door, and leave without ordering anything!Anyway, I finally decided to sit down when I visited it a few days’ back, and try out SOMETHING. The food was okay. Really expensive, though, and this place does not feel like an authentic Punjabi restaurant. In fact, I somehow got the feeling that the owners just opened the restaurant without any clear idea of what they were doing, and then flipped a coin to decide what kind of cuisine to serve. And then for simplicity’s sake, they named the restaurant after it!The staff is polite, but not friendly, which is surprising. I would have thought they’d make more of an effort to welcome you, given that the restaurant has been completely empty every time I’ve walked in. I guess that having a restaurant on beach road is good enough for some business-owners. Who cares if it doesn’t really run, and resembles a drug-den? ‘Nuff said.

Bad experience. Food was not good. Every item was salty. We felt like running away from this place. I should have chosen Tandooriwala on this. Chicken was frozen. No proper response from the attender. They charged me more than the MRP of the water bottle. You should at least have one service representative for your customers.

This is not a very good restraunt. Price is on the higher side and the food they serve is not authentic punjabi or north Indian. The only thing north Indian is the name of the place. They take hours for preparing and serving the orders. But the food is not that great here. So please check some other options available nearby.
