Still the guys working in store need to be more quick as they take hell out of time to give the products and we literally have to shout for getting something from those guys...rest the shop is really nice and stock and quality they provide is good!

They have everything in the shop.. But t he only problem is. Staff and owner itself. Bilkul bhi manners nahi hai. How to speak with the customers . If your owner of the shop you should be polite. You r not doing social service..you running business. So one should have polite tone to talk with the customer.. Better to go next shop dedhia.. Or lucky bakery in Boling Virar..

Though all material are available here but owner of the shop is very rude. He will surely get his shop closed permenantly by his rude behaviour.

Third class service they dont have manners how to speak especially owner ( telling me u dont have idea how much gets into 1 box) then why would have called u then. They are sitting over there to sell.but 1 percent of knowledge is not there how to speak. Aise toh doob jaoge jaldi. Better u go other place to buy best option dedhia beside them only it is or vasai chocolate point very politely they speak.

Best cake products u will ever get. Though ppl say price are high bt quality also matters. Also the owner(Aunty) behaviour is so kind. If sumthing is not available at their shop they themselves suggest where u can get yur required thing. So if not a regular customer then too must visit place. Quality matters, so do customer ✌️.

Lady is soo rude.. dont have manners to talk. even the gentalman treats very bad... wenever we ask for anything they simply says read on pack or find by ur own.. sometimes they dont show intrest to customers.. they are soo partial.. their behaviour is differerent to every customer... when they were not intrested to tell me or show me anything other side man was very polite to other guy... even for a 500rs note both lady gentlemen never co operates... she also says we are ok if u dont come again... better to purchase from other shop near to same shop... atlest you wont insult yourself...also they never gives printed bill if you dont ask so. in short no humality, no manners, liers, no respect to customers... if u talk politely then also they dont show intrest to talk.. no exchange no refund policy showing to customers... even i am regular customer, often i buy stuff on bulk they never show intrest to sale products.. they says we dont need customers if they dont want to come.... lady says ghatiya ho tum dekho, juban pe bharosa nahi .... shameless lady.....

If you have an option to get the same goods from a nearby shop, so just avoid going to this shop.When I was asking the price of one of the product. The staff said pearls mehnga hai , aap nhi le paoge . Please avoid buying from this store. Because they dont value their customers.

I am glad virar has an outlet like dis where one can easy persue their hobbies due to availability of all required products.... they have all the products and required by me plus they even make customized products available...

Staff is so rude! They were busy in there own work. The lady sitting there was so annoying. Even the gentleman and lady started yelling at us like aap humko Matt sikhao. The lady was arguing with us just because she was not having change of 500 rupees. This is the way they treat their customers! Unfortunately, never ever shopping from this shop again.

I just came across a review by Rupesh Kanade. And this suddenly recalled me an event on 3 June around 8.45pm I was on this for some purchase. The incident was, A lady enters the outlet with 2 tetra pack whipped cream and asks the lady owner (aunty) of the outlet to return it because she forgot to keep it in the refrigerator and it is completely melted now, that mean it is completely ruined and cannot be used. i very well remember her face. Aunty and the other shop assistant touched the cream, it was on room temperature and at this condition it cannot be returned. She suddenly started yelling on the shop assistant. On her loud voice aunty advised her to keep the cream in some relatives or neighbours refrigerator. I don’t know why this triggered her and she started shouting and abusing at everyone in the shop. Everyone was just listening to her patiently, and an old shop assistant asked her to calm down. She turned towards aunty and said angrily, “I’ll see you later, u are disgusting”, she continued shouting all the Way till she left. There was all silence in the shop for a while, I consoled aunty on the situation and left. The same has made me upset too, how come someone can purchase goods at its best condition and returns it when it is of no use. And when shopkeeper refuses to exchange such things they start insulting them. I feel this is crime too!!! I saw everything live, if I wouldn’t I would have consider shopkeeper guilty because in the review the lady hides all the truth and root of the tension created at that moment.On one side she calls uncle (male owner) “gentleman” and other side she contradict her own words by calling him rude and inattentive. She says she was regular customer of their shop, I want to ask my ‘Kind lady’, “what else other than good behaviour and attentiveness of shopkeeper can makes you regular?” and this was very hilarious to insult someone on Google review if they are not able to give change of Rs.500. I suggest this illogical lady to please elaborate her own behaviour and abusive linguistic attitude on Google too.I have been the customer of MINI CHOCOLATE when I was in college and currently I am an editorial journalist, I took this initiative to write about this because as a responsible citizen I hold this responsibility to stand for honesty and respect.Aunty have always asked me to complete my studies first and then move on to my hobby of confectionary.I have a huge group of bakers and chefs that are continuous customer of this outlet for ages now, because aunty is so honest and helpful, she never tries to sell products instead she tries to solve our issues and queries related to baking. Uncle is kind of introvert but a true “Gentleman”.My heart feels the grief on the mentality of people who themselves are shameless and have no manners to behave with elders. These people don’t even deserve any kind of forgiveness.Uncle and aunty we feel sad for this incident. We are with you always. You both are working very hard and some illogical comment by some moron won’t make any deference. For an instance people have criticized and abused Mr. Modi to unlimited extend, but that’s what have become reason for his extraordinary success.That lady even suggested the alternative option of this shop, but honestly I have found none of such outlet. Even if it their then is this can be true that the shopkeeper himself is trying to ruin their reputation. Is this a right step?Just one last thing whom should we focus on the people with absolutely brainless review or the one who are working hard and trying to stay connected with their customer for everything.

If not then instead of going to his shop ask for home delivery. No option of home delivery no problem, just avoid talking to this and instead give your order to any other online websites.Alternatively,in the front their is another shop available from same things bring it from their.
