Construction is going on.Seems good complex gonna be ready.Quiet far from virar east. May charge ₹ 15 to 20/- for sharing auto and ₹ 50 to 60 as a special or solo auto.

Construction is still going on.. Updated rera extension for 1-7 floor completion date is July or Dec 2020.. Work is in progress but very very slow..

Very bad experience with the builder. We booked in 2014 with committment of getting possession in 2017. However it is still under construction with no timeframe. Rera update says it should be done in Aug 2018, however construction is on hold. Dont book unless you are ready to wait for another four years for possession.
