Such a pathetic experience buying a car from this very outlet, these guys are utter failure in management, they will get your car towed to the petrol pump soon after gettin your car delivery, they wont even fill the fuel to reach a petrol pump wich is 0.5 km away from the dealership.owner will have to get it towed to the fuel pump upon getting the car delivery.such a shame after spending lakhs of rupees and receiving such disgusting treatment from santosh maruti kanuru.

This is Worst ever service station from all the Maruti Suzuki Service stations.1. People charged for the services not given.2. Works marked completed but many incomplete until customers ask them.3. Parts marked fixed but not really.4. To my surprise, Water Servicing also was not done properly.Actually, I should give negative rating but provision is not given hence available least offered.Try to avoid but when in case compulsory, Please be very very careful with all the staff members right from tele callers till all levels upstream.All the best Co customers...

Hi there,I have a suggestion for this car dealer. I came there to see Brezza, because I am a big fan of Maruti. The moment I enter there is no person to receive us. I saw here and there and went straight to a person. He didnt even see my face and he didnt even wish me. Later I found that he is the general manager of that showroom. Finally other executive came to us. He says that their showroom doesnt have car brochers also. How can a customer purchase a car without seeing brocher. I felt soo bad. In that feeling I went straight away to Kia showroom and purchased Kia Sonet. You lost a customer Maruti. Goodbye.
