Im facing so much of problems related to fast tag which the banks are not able to rectify till now. All the agents are literally quitting the jobs with SBI. When our country is not prepared for fast tags why was it made mandatory? My heart earned money is going in vain when I am paying the toll tax twice because my fast tag is not KYC approved yet. Everyday I have to call customer cares to get my KYC approved which does not happen. I am a literate person, And if I am facing this problem I fear what the people who are not able to use technology will have to face.

Sir , i solemely respect the efforts made by govt in improving the conditions of highway in recent years.. But i only want to pay your attention towards the lightening system on the highways (specially during fog) ... As I m travelling to my eXam centre today , i feel how much diifficult it is to drive in this much fog ... One is the most prone to accident in this condition.. If possible plz take some measures , although it is difficult but as a citizen i jst want to pay ur attention . Thanq

Fastag machine at Kumbalam toll plaza doesnot work most of the time. They say that there is no balance even when I have more than Rs 2000 balance. Please look into the matter immediately.

Fastag system of NH11 is very inefficient.All tolls take more than five minutes.Please look into the matter.

Having worked here for brief periodI must say staff is very cooperative and it has a pleasent workplace.Even the senior management persons assist you very well.Another great aspect was canteen where you can have great food at minimum price.

Its a head office of all the National Highway been prepared in India (Road been named as NH). A nice campus been developed in prime location of DWARKA.

Fast tags not available here

Very worst operator staff i keep trying to contact from 2 days (Hole Day) but again and again somebody on operator cut the phone .Im staying in Noida just for small information i have to go so far Dwarka to know only about my bond certificate.Just because of no body is responding on phone.
