Overrated

As a fan of TSF, not satisfied with this franchise. The way they are presenting the products is like regular milkshake brands without following the actual way, as prescribed by the Original TSF. Tried all the 5 different flavors of Chocolate Thickshakes but sadly each and every flavor tasted almost the same.

I am a thickshake lover mainly to this TSF, this franchise is the worst one ....poor service,and taste I visited pvp Vijayawada, Vizag, Hyderabad, but this is quit different in service and tastethey do like local shakes brands, true .when I was billing I found a silver foil piece which they use to cover the cup(takeaway) is fell down .. they took it from down and kept on the cup ..... They take a lot of time to provide a service

Totally a horrid shake. Asked for banana shake and its not cold and the quality is a disgrace. charged 150 for a shake... Could get a better shake outside for 40₹ totally waste of money time and A.C has been turned off

Worst behavior of staff. They could have employed someone who could at least smile. And attitude, even worst. They dont even know the difference bstdwee an ice crqmc and a thickshake. Ive been to thocksgath so many times in Vizag and that was great. Experience here was worst.

Totally disappointed. I paid 100 rupees for a small slushy. These people dont even know how to make slushy. They mixed water in slushie. Tasted pretty bad. It took 15 munutes to make them slushy as they are extreamly busy. They are understaffed snd staff is not well trained. They are charging US prices with indian quality

Friends dont give a food order in Dum ka Biryani outlet they are serving worst quality of rice and recepies its better to eat at road side food rather than in Tiggif outlet
