Sales people dont respond properly and dont intimate all things in one go. Unless we ask and raise the point before hand they never tell anything. In our case we had forgot to take packing box after purchasing item. In the entire office no one intimated us that we should carry box also otherwise refund is not possible. Even though we had submitted bill, refund of product is not accepted.

Very good experience with RK Computers, I visited RK computers through my brother reference, I met one of service engineer Mr.Subhani, I told that my laptop Panel base broken almost it will going to damage Screen also, I have tight schedule as my online classes and exams is going on, so I really need my laptop all times. Mr.Subhani listened all and he done my laptop service with in 3 hours panel has renewed. They charge very minimal. I refer can trust Service centre with out thinking.
