My mother admitted in hospital for covid-19 treatment, Doctors, Nurses and staff are very good and I hope my mother recover faster than expected. 🙏🙏🙏

They will take 50k in advance, even tough insurance cover whole amt they will say you have to pay extra 50k and they keep it advance amt.Not only from me they are treating every insurance patient.And most of Nursing staff are wrist, they are not trained professionals.If correct this nursing staff overall quality of Andhra Hospital awasome.Doctors Treatment is good that we can appreciateCleaning and food provide staff also awasome.

Covaxine 1st and 2nd dosage are being administered here. Vaccine price is INR 1200+60(GST)+150(Hospital charges) = 1410 paid. Waiting time for registration and payment 5-7 mins. Vaccination time 3-5 mins. Overall maximum time at hospital was 30 mins. Service was good, hassle free. Dont forget to take your aadhar Xerox copy with you.

Very bad experience. No proper update on patient condition. They play safe by keep on giving wrong status. Irresponsible reports. They mentioned COVID positive despite the test came as negative. No timely help and patient condition summary took them 3 days to provide. I felt they are truly unethical and I absolutely avoid them in future! The biggest draw back is the nursing support. They employed aged nursing staff and they do not even take care of patients, whether they eat, how they are feeling NO care at all... they just leave them to their FATE....

Fraud Hospital. Staff is very negligent. No doctor comes on time. Patients are made to wait for hours. Worst Out Patient Service. DO NOT PREFER THIS HOSPITAL.

This hospital is dealing with most critical covid cases with challenging attitude and getting most successful cases. They have efficient medical supervision. Although there are some administrative delays as they may be facing staff shortage due to covid pandemic. Its my own experience as i gone under covid treatment in this hospital last week.

My mother aged about 70 years admitted on 22.05.2021 for Covid-19 treatment in serious condition.Dr.M.Ravindranath and Team did very excellent job at the need of hour. Dr.Ravindranath is very very generous in clarifying doubts regarding treatment as I was not allowed to visit my mother in ward because of covid safety measures. Everyday Dr.Ravindranath updated the situation of my mother through video call. Most pathetic way of treating people. Went to this hospital for my sons covid test. Surprising to see the nursing staff dont know how to talk n more surprising is that the reception pop also very rude. It took more than an hour just to get his covid test for which they had to fill a form n send it to the concerned ppl. They told us to call the reception to n connect to lab for results. No one is there to lift the phone. Somebody finally lifts n puts the phone receiver a side. For covid rapid test they charged 1800 where in Hyderabad where I belong they charged 800 for home visit for testing covid. Oh God they are so rude god bless patients...

Got fear after listening the words of paediatric surgeon for ileostomy procedure, kept confidence on doctors and moved ahead. Later got confidence for ileostomy closure also. Doctors did the job excellently. Thank you once again to paediatric surgeon.

Definitely waste of giving rating also..Pathetic people...My mom was not well and she need some medical assistance immediately.I called and checked with Andhra hospital and they ask me to bring her.They dont have more ambulance also..As my home is very near I took her in our own car to hospital.They did initial COVID test and later without allowing her to get down from car they ask me to take her to another branch of Andhra hospital in nakkal road saying that she is having some heart related issue .Becaus its very critical I didnt argue much and left from there..After 5mins while we are going to another hospital I lost her.These hospitals are purely meant for making money and not for serving the needy.People should change and the way they think should change..They didnt even do some initial analysis.I lost my mom..I lost her forever.Its easy for the doctors and nurses to see people die in the hospital.But its not easy for a family to loose one person.Its very painful and very difficult to digest.

I was very much happy to say this is one of the best hospital when my father in law was met with road accident we are in hope less conditionfinally we went to andhra hospitals at around 002:30 a.m, immediately they are taken my case and started treatment , emergency team works excellent. after 15 days of wonderful treatment , my father in law was discharged from andhra hospital. we must remember our life time this hospital. because well named consultants and excellent nursing care . we are recommended to every one is best life support hospital .

If there is zero stars then Ill provide that one to this Andhra hospitals. They are too desperate for money. We go in a critical condition of my brother even he is recovering they act like he in not good condition and try to grab as much as money we have. ( They will ask before itself how will you give the money, if you say you have flat or something they will make it bankrupt and leave us with empty hands). By seeing these peoples acts we changed him to Guntur GH where he recovered in 3 days and we came back to home.

Money hunger hospital...no time sense in this hospital...you have to wait more than 1hr to meet the doctor... doctors will come late..if they say doctor will come by 10am, he will come by 11am..after that he will fo for rounds at hospital it will take 1hr..so you have to wait for doctor for a long period to see meet you... i dont know how these type of doctors qualified Mbbs....

One of the worst hospitals in Andhra Pradesh state , They dont even bauther about the patient is in critical stage also, They will do surgery for one fracture for two times by playing music in OP theaters ,the duty sisters are not able to give proper medication and the duty Drs will come for one round and they sleep for whole shift they dont even bauther if patient is in tough condition , I request all .... Both my parents were kept in the ICU for five days without any Diagnosis what-so-ever by a bunch of Docs (a General Physician, a Gastroenterologist and a Pulmonologist). The most unacceptable was their unethical suggestion to put my Mom on the Ventilator without any Diagnosis being performed. My parents were mentally tortured during their stay in this hospital.The ICU staff lacks courtesy. The Doctors will not address the patients families concerns however valid the questions may be. The Hospital lacks ethics.I will not hesitate to conclude that this hospital stands to only make money, and not to better peoples lives.
