Good availability of medicines. Helpful staff. Can order ahead and pick up later. Sometimes waiting time can be long.

Stores guys are least bothered about customers and are not picking up the contact phone number given in the site and the last but not least the contact phone number is switched off. In the stores swiping machine is not working properly and if any online transactions declines no one responding properly for regular customer who are purchasing from 4 years. Pls try to resolve the POS machines for swiping and expecting proper service. I had been buying medicines since 2015 onwards. We expect that the stores try to improve there system. It is better to give a local contact number where such issues will get resolved.

Least bothered to supply emergency medicines even for regular customers- cannot make two trips for door deliveries even if they they didnt have all required medicines--- stopped taking monthly supply due to their rude response

This is located in Ballen vari veedhi.This located in right place as we do not have any good medical shop nearby. For murali nagar,Ramachandra nagar,kanaka durga nagar it is very accessible. Opens at 8 am staff also very good and polite. Many times i called them and asked medicine availability.med plus online orders also we can place.

This medical store is located at door number 5-140, Harish complex, on Ballem Vari street i.e Ramavarapdu to Autonagar Road in Vijayawada. Here all medicines are available . If not available, they place orders in advance and get you . You can pay in advance or pay on receipt of medicines . The store will give you 10 percent discount upto rs 1000 purchase and 20 percent more than Rs 1000 purchase. The custermers have to provide or share mobile number for all discounts. Staff are okay. No washrooms . Air conditioning is kept in only during summer .Cleanliness is maintained. The surrounding areas are not good and giving bad smell due to running drainage canal adjacent to the stores.Today again visited for purchasing medicines and observed social distancing and wearing masks to avoid COVID. They have not placed sanitizers for customers .
