Really disappointing service. Got my HP Laptop serviced sometime back with Display issue. To fix that, They have spoiled hinges and they become loose due to careless handling / service and now bubbles are formed on the Display which made my job really hectic. I have lost extra 7000/- because of their mistake which cost me 3500/-

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life...never go to this cusotomer service. Even if you dont have any problem. They will create the problem. They replace your parts with useless parts. Be careful !!! You can buy new parts there is no issue.The only issue is customer service. The technical team have zero knowledge about their work..I have seen the other customers suffering too.

Caution: DO NOT TRUST THEIR SEVICE.This guys are going to rob you off with poor service and unnecessary expensive charges. They will cheat you by saying that they have replaced an item in your system but in reality they do not replace anything. They are even scared of providing invoice for the replaced parts because they lie. They work with no moral and definitely no ethical values with customers.
