Success rate is bad. Too commercial hospital.

Such a worst service. Staff and receiption people are not at all giving correct response. They dont care about our time. They never give axact time. Not sure about the treatment, just visit once and gonna visit second time.

Am happy and satisfied with the treatment of Amma hospital Thankful to Dr durga srilakshmi garu she guided me very well through out my journey in pregnancy recentlyI gave birth to baby boy in this hospital. Diet plan health were perfectly suggested by Dr. I visited hospitals in Hyderabad and other places .. but I felt comfortable in this hospital because of neat washrooms caring scan rooms and hospital environment perfect treatment..though ifelt little bit inconvenience with reception caz of delay of answering and improper information sometimes..but overall it is best hospital. I suggest this hospital for those who are looking for best doctor. the staff and Dr is cool...thats why I rate five star

After long awaiting, fortunately wecome across AMMA hospital. Really from day one onwards the caring of doctor is excellent till the last day of delivery. Bonding and togetherness of doctors Durga Srilakshmi mam and Pavan Kumar sir filled our lives with joy. The cordial relations between the doctor ( mam) and staff is verg good. We are really indebted to both of the pretty doctors ( mam & sir). Very down to earth personalities, caring and jovial. Worth to visit for accurate solutions. The warmth smile of mam and sincere attitude towards work and caring nature of sir made us proud. Finally the doctors are made for each other. Hatsoff to both of them.

This hospital doesnt give value to your time. They dont even know the time management. If they give appointment for example 9:30 A.M Doctor will see you at 12 P.M lot of delay...Patient should have lot of patience.. Rooms also not good they dont change beds cloth..advises us to bring own bed sheets etc., 0% cleanliness... Charges high but quality is very pure.. 1% also I dont suggest this hospital ...Except Dr. N. Durga Srilakshmi and 1 or 2 nursing staff rest of hospital is worst ...Government hospital is better than this Amma Hospital...

Nurses doesn’t have courtesy n they are inexperienced candidates sitting in the counter and chitchatting. I’ve called them inorder to find whether is available immediately or not.. they said you can come now n dr vl be coming in few minutes. When I reached hospital there was no dr available. I have asked them whether will b coming or not , they keep saying that dr will be here anytime n I’ve waited around 1 hr. And after an hr nurse called me saying that take this injection so I bought the injection n took it to the nurse.. she said u can go n sit so that she will come to me . When i was sitting , the nurses are discussing whether any of the nurses know how to inject. I asked them whether they know how to inject or not.. then 1 nurse from the counter replied arrogantly we know .. then I reflected with d same voice asthey did, u don’t even know how to behave with patients.. n u guys never change in india n i askes them to payback my money.. they did n I walked away to other hosp n immediately i got good treatment..
