Good place to commercial work, all facilities are there. It is located in busy business area.we can use it all commercial purpose.

I have well known this place beacuse of study rooms.....study rooms are especially available for CA students... This esstate is also called margadarshi bhawan...near to KLU University office...beside Andhra hospital...this is the business area..which u can find ...hospital,garment shops,auto spares of all vehicles at one place.......

In the first floor there are some offices of advocates, consultancies, and shops of spare parts of cars. In the second floor there is margadarsi chit fund company. In third floor there is the office of AP State Irrigation Development Corporation.

Good comercial complex with icai study hall

I regularly visit here because ICAI library is present in this building.It consists of various offices like chartered accountant firm, automobile spare parts and many others

Its complex filled with businesses and professionals like advocates and CAs and u could find the icai library here ,but poor maintenance and no watchmen or any other security except for parking
