Arrogant staff. Dont respond quite well. Made me wait 15 mins even after asking repeatedly. Its better to buy online. Sealed laptops arent available.They are running pirated versions of windows. No genuine windows to be found. They fool customers by saying that the price is very nominal and offer free goodies to sell. But in fact their asking price is high and the quality of the free goods is sub par.***BEWARE***
