On aug 13 I have purchased shoes there,And on 16th the shoes was torn as there a warranty available for 6months I have given my shoes for pasting and now its sep 5 they have not given my shoes till and they are not taking calls and the staff there is very friendly but .

Rapport shoe and accessory shop service is worst and worst road side shoe repairer is better this Rapport. They dont have proper staff they dont any thing, while I am buying wild craft branded shoe they shoes have warranty for 3 months after 2.5 months I got repair for the shoe they said they service shoe and they worst service then road side guy, even they are saying the shoe is serviced by company. Plz friends dont wast your money in Rapport shoe shop in Vijayawada. for looking only the shop was big but service was worst then worst. they not even clean my shoe when i am given shoe has little mud while taking back it has more mud.

I had a very bad experience today.i bought Crocs loafers last year worth of 4000 rs.they got torn within three months of time.l kept them aside.i called up the store last week and asked them help to repair or put on the new top but not to spoil it original shape.they said but i visited the store they really messed up.they made it stiched very very badly ruined all its originality.the stitches are seen out like it has been done by a roadside cobbler.and in return the reponse from the store manager was not good.i felt really very bad about it.
