This review is for the banquet hall and the facilities provided.Manager 5/5Manager was very nice and helped us with whatever we needed.Banquet hall 4/5Banquet hall was good and met our requirements. I suggest the hotel guys to provide a room along with banquet hall.Decoration 3/5Decoration, though overpriced, was as per our expectations.Food 0/5Food was a big disappointment. While it was an external caterer arranged by the hotel, it was nowhere close to what was promised.Overall 3/5I would recommend this banquet hall for the manager and the facilities provided. But, I would suggest checking with alternate caterers for food.

Hotel is quite new and recently renovated. Hence, Rooms are quite fresh and tidy. Ambiance is good, Food is appropriate. Staff is also co-operative. Property doesnt have car parking but If ask at reception they can arrange safe parking for you at minimal charges Some improvements could be with better soft pillows, beds. Towels could be better water absorbent they were soft could be because they were new. Overall good for stay. Thanks

There were some issues with one of their employees who was serving his last day during our stay and management took the issue seriously and took necessary action to resolve it and apologize for same. I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids. Rooms are neat and clean with stylish interiors. Hotel is located in middle of the city. Except for the benz circle traffic, everything is good.My room had some ac and tv issues. When complained, they were ready to switch rooms and gave utmost priority to my comfort. Good and nice hotel. Place is good, but the staff is not friendly. We booked a room with complimentary breakfast and the very next day I was shocked tk see that they had no open buffet, instead they got us packed idly and wada and just left it in our room for us to open and eat. Room service was bad. Did not expect this kind of service from a hotel recommended by an old friend. I checked in on 13th March 2021 and checked out on 14th March 2021.Iam editing my review as I received a call back from the businesss and they apologized the inconvenience. As per them it was due to the pandemic situation and assured me that my experience will be better the next time. I wasnt expecting a call back from anyone , this was a surprise. The person on the phone was very courteous and took the responsibilty of the experience and assured that it will not repeat. Not just with us but with any customer. Iam gald I was able to speak and provide verbal feedback.Thank you.

The place is very clean and well maintained. The staff are polite. I have stayed for 4 days here. The room service was done often. There are many complimentary kits like brushes soaps razors shampoos etc were given. Water bottle was complementary. Overall a nice place to stay in Vijayawada in budget. I have booked the premium, suit and Royal suite. I found the rooms to be very good and hygenic. The pricing is very reasonableThe hospitality by the manager Anil Kumargaru was very goodA couple of quick callouts1. Their Kitchenette was not operational when booked. But they arranged the food from outside when requested2. Their AC is centralized. So it is not possible to control the temperature. However I did not find any discomfort with that
