Worst branch, I have never seen this type of irregular behaviour at any other bank. Even the branch manager shown the irresponsible behaviour, its better to the sbi to take action on the branch employees. Sbi will have more interest on charging penalty, but coming to customer service they are completely zero.

Unprofessional and rude staff. One lady named Padma she is unfit for her job. Being a government servant she is denying to take the applications and she is not providing any correct information to customers.

I am a customer of state bank of india. Today i went to sbi bank satyanarayana puram branch vijayawada. There I requested for the process how i can change my profile password and also how i can take a new debit card as my old one had expired. The lady named padma her behaviour is sooo rude. She did not answered to any of my questions and later she is saying i wont answer. Do what ever you want. She is not even taking my application . She denied to take my application. I went to the branch manager he did not take any action of her but he expalied me the process how i can get my new debit card and all and helped me to get my card. So i have decided to post here .Reluctant staff and unprofreesional.If the same continues no customer will be ready to open or continue an account in this bank

The worst experiences i had with this worst branch..they ill treat customers like anything..its very difficult to get answers from counter..the cash deposit in cdm machine frequently struck up ..as I have no choice i gave single star otherwise I will give a big zero star..

Staff are not responding. Who are supposed to answer questions of cards sectiom are so arrogant and irresponsible so that i thought of posting a complaint here. The worst experience i have never had with any other banks.
