It is near away from Auto Nagar bus terminal. The housing area has with independent houses, apartments. The area is peaceful. The trees are being maintained perfectly. The people can live with peacefully. The flats are available for rental purpose also.

The apartments are spacious and very comfortable especially 3BHKs. However the parking places are cramped and narrow. Even the elevators are very old and required proper maintenance.

The construction is very nice . Each and every flat has excellent ventilation and spacious corridors and staircase is much wider.

It is very near to Bandar road and has basic amenities like lift​ ,security, power backup and badminton play area.

Very nearer to Bandar Road, Pappula mill center . Comfortable and safe place to live. Excellent stair case and balcanies. Free access to all parkings and free movement of vehicles inside with IN and OUT gates. Outside parking for guests is comfortable. Well maintained. Recently, our efforts turned into beautiful Colors.

People those who get transferred to vijayawada, here is a good news for all. As mostly all those will be in search of houses to shift their family and home from other places. Mega estates is a one stop very nice big apartments with 8 blocks of 150 flats. Here I am one of the tenant. If we speak on security point of view, its one of the best place in Vja and also kids get a large area to play. More importantly, beside the features mentioned above there is one more remarkably place becoz1. Temple , masjid, church are very near2. Bus stop is also very near3.
