I had a very unpleasant experience with Naturals Salon. I very frequently visit this salon and today when I visited the salon they asked if I had booked any appointment. I was not aware of any such change in procedure as I never had to take any appointment when i visited the salon earlier. The staff was impolite in saying that they cannot accommodate me if i had not booked any appointment though there was no customer waiting nor any of the chairs were occupied. I was asked to leave..... Though I hold Naturals membership, I am never going to visit this salon again....

Yesterday I went to naturals vijayawada tikkle Road branch for eye brows and face waxing.. face waxing is not new to me.. Yesterday after completing my face wax I got irritation on my skin.. then I got rashes and itchiness.. today when I woke up I saw my face and its terrible.. scars appeared everywhere on my face.. its really pathetic that a brand like naturals is giving such a third class services.. last time I had service with naturals in hyderabad pragathi nagar branch for my hands, face and underarm waxing.. then also I faced the same issue.. my face got scars, my underarms burnt.. in between I had same services with another saloon and it was perfect for me.. Now Im done with naturals.. naturals lost a regular customer because of their third class service...

I had visited the salon today(i.e 18.10.2020). I had booked a prior appointment for hair cut,beard trim and detan. The salon is following strict covid-19 protocol which is prescribed by the government.I was accompanied by Sabir who did my haircut,trim and detan. After taking the service, found that he is experienced after seeing my final look. He serviced me the way i want.Finally to say the experience is excellent and prices are low compared to other salons and mostly they are maintaining time gap between customer to customer for sanitization purpose etc. They are using all disposal items like towel,aprons etc, and also providing mask & hand gloves to the customer.I suggest better go with a prior appointment.Naturals continue the same service and cleanliness.Thank you.
