Before their service is flawless. now due to heavy rush and more customers they are rejecting full mobile repairs.
No proper organizing, no proper service.For most of the issues without even checking they will simply say they will reset the firmware and you will loose all the data and no other option/solution.First at least they should check before they deliver a dialogue out. Service shouldnt be made on assumptions.
Good technicians and better supporting staff.. be call and confirm before visiting for spares availability.
Up to now I have mobile phone 2 time again same problem was repeated with in onee day worst staff not responding properly not at all responsibility for the Coustemer serives mobile was just 6 months old I had taken even the not gave the good services worst staff

I got solution but my was not solved. They dont have charger cables and specific mobile parts. Here it is a Authorised service store. They give help desk service only.

Yesterday i went to mi service centre to padamatha Vijayawada branch .. before i am going there i called them asking about mi note 5 pro battery cost there told 1353 but i went to office i ask what is the battery cost there told 1593...then i called another Mi service centre near governer pet Vijayawada service center there told 1353... then i went there told 1353 ...and i purchased new bettary...what is the difference ? I have a bill also 1353..what is the difference in show room even i i have called another branch like machilipatnam ,Gudivada same prize 1353..

Theonly solution they know is replacing the whole part, I mean if an IC got problem they will go for mainboard replacement.They asked me 7000 for fixing backlight problem which i have dine it for less than 1000 at local shop.

My mobile redmi note 8 pro problem solved, they solve it by changing motherboard. But now the camera quality looks very poor, and alexa is not working call on soeakers is not working i think they changed the parts of Mobile and placed fake parts worst experience ever get be careful while giving mobile and receiving and after receiving do the kernel test you will know it better

The service quite faster and the recieving of the customers my the employees employed in the service centre is too good. If we have a major problem we are intimated about the time we get the product back after being repaired. The service centre had good range of crowd since the phone usage had become higher especially MI (Middle class I-Phone abbrevated by its users) in the present trends.

Doesnt matter what the problem is!they ask u to backup your phone and then wipe all the data in it.Changing the motherboard is the only solution to any small problem u have.Gave my phone for repair and instead of getting the problem solved I got my phones back panel bent.finger print option went missing and some dents on the panel.Worst service

Worst service centre Ive ever seen. They dont even know how to behave with customers and they dont know the problems exactly in the mobile. Theyll just see the mobile once n say there is no warranty. Very very poor n worst customer service. They keep the customers waiting for long hours. No one had minimum knowledge about mobiles in mi care
It takes a long queue till u reach the staff for u to attend u must have patience ..its located on the main road only just opp to sonovision patamata,but as the building a bit back from road face we have to observe carefully....the staff are ok not so customer friendly...
They told come before 4.30pm it will dificult to some people any problem in you side you may clear it but couster convenience is more important i was not satisfyed with your side not @ all.
