No sanitizer and no water and made to stand more than 1 hour and saying that following all the covid precautions in words but not in action. Even asked for sanitizer but they are not responding

XIAOMI, MI, REDMI (B2X) Authorised Service Center in Vijayawada. They are skipping Most of the Waranty services. Service Charges+GST charges may vary on every spare part.

Slot booking is not compulsory now. If customers are very low, they are allowing and taking the Compliant.

Not Good Responsive To Users. In this Service Centre, Every Executive Shows Some Attitude Infront of Users. Not Very Quick Responsive.

Service center is clean and tidy, executives reception is also good. But when it comes to service they charge an extra premium and if there is a small problem that they can fix in a minute they negotiate and try to replace the whole module which makes it expensive. Also spare parts are more costly than other shops near NTR Complex but as it is authorised you can get guarantee.

Management not good and not listen to your complaints. They simply want to escape from doing service

If you are looking for spare parts for legacy smartphones batteries, combos this service center has no stock so I prefer you to buy in ntr complex and get a replacement service here. In the other means service here is good I prefer this center rather than Qdigi maintained mi center near patamata.

This store manager is very irresponsible person. Worst response towards customer. Just one day back I purchased mobile and charger is not working. I consulted them. Its just 10 min work to rectify the problem and the store is not busy. They asked me to come tomorrow. Better to go other stores. I think they may replace the original parts be careful.

Yeah I have been visiting this place from the past two years. Service is not too quick but our waiting and patience is best paid by their systematic and customized work. I strongly suggest to visit this Mi store for best experience.

When I called the Mi service center which is in the Congress office line for my mi 6A display glass replace they quote Rs. 1710 and request me to handover the mobile and collect it after one and half hour. They called after that time, and gave bill for same amount. My mobile is working well and I am happy with the service. Very honest people.

Located opposite to Bakshi Motors. They even charge you for password reset even if u are within warranty.

Located in heart of the city, service is very good, explaining the problems clearly. They are having and following a common defined process. Awesome experience. Good for two wheelers and there is no space for car parking. Tough street to drive a car into the street, as its located in first floor not accessible to differently abled persons.

They defenently provide you service, only after their preliminary check... Service may take time as the number of customers coming to it are more and more...There is no concept of lunch break, u can visit in your lunch break also
