Worst staff. When u go to see a vehicle they wont even bother to show you around and explain bout vehicle. They didnt even know about there own vehicle delivery time. They want you to book vehicle first and then they will think of delivery time. They will tell you to buy vehicle at other show room not at there showroom.

When u book ur car please make sure that theyll deliver exactly with the same features/specifications of ur particular model or else..as they already made some rules like specifications/features might change at any point of time like even if u book a model with ur choice of stuff in it.. by the delivery date its not gauranteed that itll have exactly same features. They might remove few things and call it as companys rules blah blah.. without prior intimation. So,plz check all the details before paying ur penny or later if u want to u can compromise or get charged extra to add the missing features..or....👉 u can withdraw from the deal and get refund. Dont know why the laws and rules are like.. okay u can get away from anything.. even if u cheat the customer by delivering dream car with missing features, when we pay for that included... theyll jst say that right in the face to take it or to leave it.

Highly suggest Kusalava Hyundai, Vijayawada. I bought Hyundai Venue SX+ DCT Denim Blue. Gaffar was my partner and he used to coordinate in each and every single step. Not only till sale but also post sale, they guided me and helped me.I wanted a fancy number and even in that they helped and number plate is also provided here itself, no need to go to RTO Office or anywhere else.It’s been 2 months as of March 2021 and I’m very satisfied. Will update here if I face any issues in future.

I have bought i20 recently from them .Though I have a requirement of specific color they managed to procure it from another branch and delivered it on time . Salesperson SIVA was very responsive and took care of whole process and updated me with required info swiftly, Thanks to him.

Poor service in kusalava Hyundai mg Road branch, Vijayawada.I would give zero rating. The worst service personnel and untrained mechanics. They will spoil your good condition car into the bad one and ask us to get repair done from outside road side mechanics. Road side mechanics are far way better than them. Too much over priced,company spare parts too not available.The worst customer service and poor response.They remove and misplace your good car parts and fit damage one. I dont expect this from Hyundai. Worst service personnel, untrained staff, unprofessional service personnel.
