Very bad services. They are very much confused about their rate cards. Which fluctuates depending on time & their needs. Certainly, not worth having a quick call.Unacceptable behavior by the cab/taxi driver. Things I have observed.1. In spite of providing proper itinerary they pretend to be confused or lost, just to cover their delay on arriving on time.2. Rate card fluctuations. During the call they confirm a rate card & post completing your ride you land to a greater number. Which is frustrating & unethical.3. Respecting the customers time. This parameter does not exists on their DNA. They take the customer for granted. Glad that I could reach the destination on time.

I like the car which I booked in uday tour nd travels I surly giving 5 Star ⭐ I think in Bijapur this is the Best travel service for rent any type of vehicles I can get here.......... Tq for the wonderful ride... Next time if I rent any vehicle from this travels office means I wil share pics of vehicle to show how much clean cars I get here nd the drivers r very helpful with me I felt like a family member only with the driver thank u once again to MR. UDAY for making my trip safefully nd enjoyfull.........

I had chosen Uday tours and Travels after checking in internet. I had called the number provided in their website and got very good response. We had taken a taxi for 3 day trip covering Bijapur-Aihole-Pattadkal-Badami-Lakkundi-Gadag. We were picked from Bijapur Railway station and visited many places and finally dropped at Gadag station. The driver Shivu was very nice and decent person and showed us all the places of interest.We are very happy with the service and would recommend everyone to chose this travel agency for hassle free travel.
