But it would seem that there is a famous pastry shop at the cafe, which means that sweets should be as good as dishes from the kitchen.But to put it mildly, desserts disappointed me and my loved ones ... Several years ago, we often took Salted Caramel. It was a direct feature of this confectionery. But now it is not what it used to be, some kind of sugary ... Maybe the recipe has changed. I also tried a cheesecake with pistachio (the cheese was not felt at all, but it was like a cheesecake; it was as if there was no pistachio, apparently the color of the pistachio was simply meant; the dessert was dry and there was a feeling that they put semolina, and decently) honey cake (usually they have a light taste of honey, but this was not here); Lavender-apricot (you need to try at least once to understand whether the lavender in desserts is yours or not). I would like to separately mention the brownie with pepper and ice cream. He went straight in. Sweetness sets off ice cream and pepper plays in contrast. The nuts fit perfectly, but the raspberry puree is superfluous, gives excessive sweetness. If you wanted to add a sour taste, then cranberries would be better suited, in my opinion.
