Brought my 5 month old Rottweiler in for Dog Training, teacher not only trained my puppy she trained us as well. The best teacher ever! I will DEFINITELY be coming back for the intermediate class. :)Thank you!

I used the curb side pick up. What a joke! Waited 10 minutes after I did the check process on the app. Then I called and waited another 5 minutes. No one answered and no one came out. I then had to go into the store and pick up my products. Why have curb side pick up if no one is available to staff it?

Friendly staff, excellent dog grooming services I use them frequently to take care of my yellow lab. I would recommend this staff to anyone who needs loving tender care for their families best friend.

Today I brought my 5 month old puppy into PetSmart to get his nails trimmed and the women in the grooming department was so disrespectful that I don’t think we will be going back. I’m not one to typically make reviews, but when she complained that our dog was so bad behaved and even told us we should get him neutered. And said we were bad owners, that just was too much. I don’t normally get offended or upset over what people say. But the fact that we’ve been taking our dog to PetSmart’s training classes and we buy our puppy super expensive stuff and even stuff they say we need, we usually buy. Because we don’t want to be bad owners but then this lady just comes and insults us. It was just so uncalled for. I can’t believe they let someone work there that does that and she didn’t even look over 15. I’ve never had a bad experience with their grooming department before. But our dog doesn’t bite, doesn’t scratch. He just gets excited and pulls on a leash a little bit. And I’ve never seen any other puppy act any differently so I just don’t understand. But after seeing a few more negative reviews about their grooming department maybe it’s time for us to go somewhere else.

This is the only place locally that sells Whole Earth Farm Foods. This food is made by Merrick and itll what I feed my frenchies. The team members are great & they offer curb side pick up. So if your in a hurry its great!

I felt disrespected by the grooming associates. I booked an appointment on Friday and was called today to have it cancelled for Monday all because they needed to see my dog again because of a small wound he had 2 weeks ago. The communication was cut dry and simply rude. They could have very easily ask to see the dog 15 minutes before appt or before the appointment instead they just abruptly cancelled it. I will never groom my dog again at this store.

We have taken our dog to Jessica at PetSmart in Victor, NY to be groomed for over ten years. She treats him so well and he always comes out looking great. We have been so happy with her services that we followed her from the Greece store to the Victor Store. On one or two occasions our dog has gone to other groomers at the Victor store when Jessica was out on maternity leave and they have been great also. I highly recommend them.

Brought my dog Biscuit to be groomed today by Autumn. I’ll admit I was a little nervousat first, because I noticed “apprentice” written on her jacket. My dog was in rough shape because his coat is extremely thick and had several mats around his rear. She did a PHENOMENAL job and quite honestly may have his best groom to date! She thinned out his coat and blended the areas beautifully that did require shaving. I left a $15 tip and honestly feel bad I didn’t leave more! I’ll be requesting her the next time I go!!

Em groomed my dog today and I was extremely impressed, when we arrived (slightly late) because it takes a few minutes for me to get my dog in the door because she’s so nervous, she was very knowledgeable and sweet to my girl who’s a rescue and literally scared of everything. She gave me at home recommendations to keep her skin in good condition and took her time to explain everything on her report card when I returned for pick up. Lastly my dog looks fabulous.

PetSmart is always the first place I look when I need something for the cats in my life.

A little over priced and when I spoke to the manager they were acting like they were to busy to take the time and answer my questions. I give Petsmart a 4 out of 5 because I have been here multiple times and I dont want to review this location just off one bad experience.

Went to pick up an aquarium, they directed me to Phil, Phil is awesome, great to talk to about what to do and not to do with fish tanks, he double checked my knowledge subtly, and taught me some new helpful things that have helped considerably. I look forward to heading back and having their crew help make sure i select beautiful combinations of fish that enhance my new tank and still live peacefully!

The grooming is good...they do a good job but it’s never done on time....whatever they tell you time wise triple it

We went to buy gerbils. We already had everything we needed for them, just needed the gerbils, and weve had gerbils for years so we know what to do. We arrived 45 minutes prior to closing, spent 20 minutes in the back by the gerbils waiting for an employee to show up, then went and found someone and were told we couldnt buy the gerbils because they stop selling animals half an hour before closing. If that was the case, then a sign on the door, a note on the website, or even a comment from the manager that we passed on the way in sure would have been nice. Any of those notifications would have saved us from wasting an hour of our time because we would have notified them immediately when we arrived of what our purpose for the trip to their store was. I just cant believe they suggested that we come back tomorrow so that they dont have to take the 10 minutes to sell us the gerbils. Or, any employee greeting or talking to us in anyway during the 20 minutes before we went searching for an employee also would have prevented the problem. It was a frustrating experience that left me feeling like I am not valued as a customer. My teenage daughter later told me she could barely keep from crying while at the store.

Pet smart is.a very friendly place to get pets and or food for your pets and thay have very friendly.people. on staff I have brought my dog Ellie at pet smart in Henretta thay also have very friendly people there as well.

It was our dogs first time getting groomed. It was also his first time being away from a member of the family. He was extremely nervous, but Em was very patient with him. Got a lot for what we paid. Great value in price and people!We will be back, and highly recommend.

We wanted to buy fish to have more in our tank and the associate immediately said that she wouldnt recommend us purchasing any fish from their store because of the size tank we have, when it should have been left up to us as the customer on whether or not we got the fish. We will not be visiting again and I recommend that nobody attempt to buy fish from this place unless you want their associate to immediately tell you whether or not you can get a fish from them rather than make your own decisions.

Ashley groomed our Giant schnauzer exactly how we wanted it😁. Most groomers never see giant schnauzers, so they dont know what to do. But she was wonderful. I took him to 2 previous plaves, and wasnt satisfied, but now we have found the right groomer!!!

This location has great prices on pets! Much lower than Petco. Although, they had good prices..the prices for the cages and other accessories were very high and expensive. A very nice store and location.

We started puppy training today and Megan was wonderful. She was calm, patient, and very helpful with teaching both owner and puppy. I highly recommend her!

Beautiful fish tanks great place to get fish

We take our dog there to get groomed every month and they always do a great job even though he HATES when people touch his nails. Aubrey was very nice with him. We have a dog, cat, Guinea pigs and fish so we shop around while we are there. They have a wide selection all around including updated fish on the regular. I always want to take home another pet when I go. The staff there is always friendly and knowledgeable to specific questions we have regarding our animals. I would recommend this place to go for your pets.

My go to location for pet food. The Simply Nourish product line has a lot to offer for the price point. Animals love it, the ingredients are good and it is priced lower than Blue Buffalo. Store representatives are always friendly / helpful. Havent had any issues here and I usually stop in once ever other week.

Honestly a great place. Usually pet stores dont exactly have the most knowledgeable staff (to say the least), but the staff here is friendly, and really knows a lot about proper care of a wide variety of animals. I was interested in adopting a leopard gecko, and they honestly gave me so much good information about their care and setting up their habitat. GOOD advice, not just buy this product. After a bit of additional research (honestly nothing they didnt tell me to be honest), I ended up getting my geckos from there, and we are doing splendidly!

Staff is always friendly and available to help if needed. They always remember repeat customers. I really like the online order/pickup in store option - great for when I dont have time to browse, like when Im running errands during my lunch hour.

Great experience. The sweet young lady in the fish department spent time with me, answered all my questions, & was very knowledgeable.

This location is way too claustrophobic. There is also a very limited line of merchandise here. They carry tons of food types, but when it comes to anything else youre better off visiting another location instead. Chances are at this one you wont find what youre looking for.

Store is relatively clean and service was fantastic, but weve bought plants for our fish tank a few times and they are almost always dead or the roots are rotted, so that kicks a star down. Still worth going for your other needs though!!

Normally i love this store. The employees are usually really nice but tonight, we went in to get 2 goldfish for my daughter and they refused to sell them to us bc we didnt have huge tank to put 2 goldfish in and we couldnt gaurantee that the fish will be in our home for the next 20 years! Unreal! Dont go here to buy fish. The saleswoman and john the manager will call you names and refuse to sale you anything.

I asked them to concentrate on my dogs ears and make sure they cleaned them pretty well. And they totally forgot to clean them all together. Not good.

Last week I went into the Canandaigua store with a lot of uncertainties. Since our move to Canandaigua in July my 2 yorkies have had digestive issues and we tried everything to correct through diet. When I entered,a young woman named Kate asked if I needed help and once I explained our situation, she jumped into action. She explained several grain free moist food choices ( my preference) and the differences. She allowed ME to make the choice (no pressure) and I am happy to say.... SUCCESS!!! Happy doggies, NO ISSUES. Yes, it was a pricier food but saves$$ in the long run. I like knowing my babies are eating quality American made food. Thanks Kate!
