We are customer to this shop for a generation. Good stationery items are available here. But last week we brought a Toy which was laminated and found its a defect piece after opening it in home. As we are known to them we asked for replacement but he did not accept and said will reduce 10/20 rupees in other toys purchase. Ashamed to be a customer of this shop for these many years.
