I didnt go there as pick up and drop facility was provided for my car. But after driving my car I can say their service is very good.

If u want to keep ur vehicle for a day or more than shell out 250 Rs per day * parking chargesOverall good experience...ul wont be disappointed except service delivery date is never competed on time

Maintenance free battery of my Terrano topped up with distilled water but not charged...result: Two days later, have starting issues....get the battery charged locally but the battery now does not hold charge, though it shows 12 or higher after recharging..shows gravity( green indicator) as well...but starting issues..took the vehicle to the local garage, starts just fine with a different battery....now I have to start the vehicle 2-3 times in a day, keep it running in idle...get a feedback call from Am Nissan, Goa...situation explained..get assurance that the matter will be escated to a higher up service manager...not heard from them since..great going Am Nissan Goa...Yet another complaint with no resolution..the clutch pedal is so hard that it becomes too difficult for city driving..the service engineer in porvorim told me there is an free offer from Nissan to change the clutch pedal...but the service engineer in Am Nissan verna says the pedal in the vehicle is the updated one and does not require changing and will not improve the situation..now I am wondering which service engineer is misleading..two different opinions from Nissan service team...but who suffers, me...

Have purchased a Datsun Redigo S 1.0 from AM ventures in Porvorim in march. Car was delivered without rear sensor. Within a month the stereo stopped working. Now the fuel gauge seems to have a problem. We understand that sometimes cars do have these issues even if they are new. What is really irritating is we were assured servicing or any technical problem would be taken care off in Porvorim itself. But now everytime the car needs to be taken to Verna (36km one way), which is a waste of my fuel and a whole day left stranded without a vehicle. When purchasing the car the first question we asked the sales staff is where will servicing be done, we were assured it would be at Porvorim.DO NOT LIE IN ORDER TO MAKE A SALE!

Nissan Spare parts and maintanence cost are very high, parts quality is worst it needs replacement frequently. They dont have proper washing equipment or manpower. They get washing done from opposite washing center
