I called multiple times trying to make an appointment for a couples massage. They tell me every time that they will check with therapists and get back to me but they never do! I still havent managed to make any appointment! This is one of the worst customer experiences I ever had with a massage place. Do not recommend.

I loved it. I took Swedish I and my chair massage course there and I am going back to take 3 or 4 courses à la carte. Ive been to other schools and this is by far the most personable, friendly and professional school in massage therapy. The owner, teachers and staff are amazing. The price is a lot better than in those bigger schools too. I highly recommend it.

Samiras Swedish Massage made me feel like new. Her massage is highly professional, but with extra care to places that need extra care. She seems to have a gift, she can feel where to use more care, I did not have to ask her or tell her. She can touch you like a butterfly or use a touch that makes you hold your breath when she finds a knotted muscle or tendon somewhere.I was very happy with the arrangement in the massage room, the soft lighting, the soothing music, and mainly Samiras knowledge and touch. I have already booked for my next massage with her.

I booked a massage, I arrived there and the girl who was supposed to give me the massage was SIMPLY NOT THERE! IT HAD MISSED ME AND LEFT THE PLACE! The receptionist was nice and offered to call me someone else, but I was between two appointments and I had no time to wait again (it was almost 30 min I was waiting ..) . Good luck if you go there so that the girl will not forget you.

I’m used to the waxing that I’ve been doing for ten years, it’s my first bad experience. It was long and painful and my skin became infected after waxing.Im sure massages are good, but I dont recommend waxing at Ikra

After my first massage there, I had bruises on both arms. Then I returned a few months later for a facial with massage and despite my reservation, we simply forgot to do the massage included with the facial.

Massage therapists andthe beautician are very qualified and are attentive to my needs.The premises are really clean and the atmosphere is warm.Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba classes are in small groups - this isgood because the teachers are more attentive to everyone and take thetime to properly explain and correct us.I will go back for more courses and treatments!
