Highly recommended place to visit if you want to indulge yourself to breathtaking view of mountains and Charvak reservoir. Resort personnel were very helpful and service was excellent.

Very nice place ,good for spend vacation with family

Went right after the new year, service is not bad. Reception service could be better. Restaurant with a beautiful mountains view. Recommend to visit Turkish hammam or sauna with private swim pool, as well as general. Night time there is karaoke/disco restaurant nearby swim pool. You can visit with kids, there is all family members can have fun. Rooms are clean, warm and cozy.But the view to mountains is the best part of Avenue park hotel.

Judging from the number of locals, this place seems to be a staycation favourite. Only one guy at the recep speak decent English.We arrived from Khiva at 9am, of course the rooms werent ready. Found a spot we could sit, somewhere outside. At noon, a staff came to gesture that our room is ready. Not sure how the resort and spa industry in Uzbekistan is, but upon checking in, we werent given salient information like... Breakfast timing, location of swimming pool and sauna, etc. Maybe theyre nervous about speaking English? Im not sure.Every room has a balcony (at least the ones facing the lake. Theres a table and two chairs and ash tray. Beds and pillows are comfortable, wifi is stronger in common areas. Water pressure is powerful. View from the dining area is lovely. Breakfast spead is great!Gate to the reservoir isnt always open, just ask the person at the reception to unlock the gate. Love the view there... Cows graze in the morning! We were surprised to see them appearing out of no where! Now we know why theres a gate!Love the place. Would I come again? Definitely!

Good place, good service, however be ready to meet some uneducated uzbek people. Its better to rent the cottage and avoid public places as the pool if you notice such people - trust me, your holiday will be destroyed!

Located in the heart of Charvak Lake, surrounded by the chain of mountains, Park Avenue resort has some really fascinating views - especially from the restaurant, located on the rooftop of the complex. Rooms are quite average for $117-135 per night for a standard room, which is pretty expensive for Uzbekistan. The shower did not work well and water pressure was extremely low and no hot water (only warm at the most). Also, the room we stayed in could use some additional cleaning...Food at the restaurant was very good, we had to let the chef know what we wanted for dinner ahead of time and our meal was cooked per order by the specific time, which was pretty cool. Territory of the resort is not very big, but very well taken care of, with lots of flowers, plants and trees (so there is plenty of shade).There is a separate spa zone at the resort, which offers sauna, steam room, pool, massage and bar for additional fees.The resort has a steep downhill path to the lake. Small beach area was not very clean and very muddy so we did not feel like swimming there, the view is truly amazing though.

Wonderful place. The best view of Charvak and the mountains from the balconies and terraces of the hotel, in my opinion. The service is good, the waiters are very pleasant. The food in the restaurant is delicious. There are many trees and flowers, benches on the territory. With the exception of small jambs in the room (the shower is flowing, the table is a little askew, we lived on the second floor you could hear the chairs moving on the terrace) everything was very good. We will be glad to return.

Poor service if you reserve this hotel, make sure that you have been booked on this date for the second holiday already ruined due to the shortage of the booking department, we were told that they had booked a room for August 31, and today I decided to clarify and did not say that the reservation was for September 1. Generally spoiled mood. If only it was possible to do without stars I would not give more than one. Once its a mistake, and twice its statistics. I think that even two stars for such a service is a lot. The price-quality ratio is generally zero. We came with my husband to rest for 2 days. We expected to sunbathe, swim in the pool, take a walk. We booked a room for two by phone, we were told the price of 500,000 soums for 1 night for two.As a result, we arrived, the hotel looks very unprepossessing, or rather none. We got to the reception, greeted us, we announced that we had booked a room. They gave us a key and said: move in. They did not announce what is included, nor when to check out, nor how much it costs, no information at all! They all asked themselves. In the end, we said that we would pay immediately. And we got 1,500,000 soums in two days! Its almost 12,000 rubles !! What is included in this excellent cost, for which in the same Turkey you will receive an all inclusive, a huge pool and the sea? So, for almost 6 tr. the day includes:1. Small room, which has 4 cheap gels, 4 towels, bed and refrigerator. There is air conditioning.2. Breakfast with one day like a buffet, in which there are 5 types of dishes to choose from and one day a set breakfast, in which I gave my husband half of the food, because he would not have had enough of what they brought.3. Nice view from the restaurant.Thats all!! thats all you get for 6 thousand rubles a day! Everything else for an additional fee:1. Lunch and supper not less than 1000 rubles per two for salad, chicken and water for two. There are no Uzbek dishes, only European ones. Prepare for 4. The waiters are polite, thanks for that. The check is not given anywhere.2. The outdoor pool was being renovated, we were not told about it, it turns out to be open only in July and August. And the price per room is the same as in May and June.3. Indoor pool is small and paid.There is nothing else to do. We advise you to just come to take a picture against the backdrop of beautiful nature and not stop anywhere or stay in another place where prices do not shock you from how much you pay for the very minimum. The red price for this hotel is 2000 rubles. per day for two.

Nice place to go in the summer winter

I didn’t like the smoked room, with carpet and curtains. Through the hood in our room came tobacco smoke from the next room. The walls are thin, it was audible as in the room next to us the company was walking. There is no water in the bottles. The hotel has 4 stars. I think that this is unacceptable for a hotel of this level and with such a high price level. Of the benefits - I liked the breakfast.

The place is definitely worthwhile! You can surprise even the most experienced traveler with views (you made sure on personal experience). I was here once in the winter and here a week ago. I want to return to this place! The staff is polite, attentive. I especially want to appreciate the kitchen! It is EXCELLENT (up to the sugar in the tea)! The rooms are comfortable, clean. But unfortunately, finally, I want to mention the only negative thing: there was no air conditioning in the room. However, I hope that this can be fixed (therefore, I did not bet less than 5).
