If you wish to learn from basics then u can join here....They teach reading and writtern hindi well....But if u wish to speak then its in your hands..the instructor gives you handbook and asks to translate tamil or english sentence to Hindi...we have write and show....My advice is join for basic grammar classes alone and learn hindi by watching hindi serials which is better than these kind of classes
