Vembar beach is located in between tuticorin and Ramnad. Good for sight seeing and photoshoots . When we went, beach is not so clean to take bath. If you go by early morning, you will get chance to see sunrise. Fresh fishes are available there in Monday, Wednesday and Friday. In surroundings of vembar, you can get pathaneer, karupatti . Good place to spend time with family. Better visit at 4-5 pm. You can also get fresh fish in morning where they conduct auction in a common place you can buy fishes 30-40% lesser price than in market but you can buy them only on bulk. If lucky you can see blissful sunrise and sunset in vembar beach. You can also have a nice walk through the shore with your friends while glaring at that beautiful ocean. Be careful when kids are playing , the waves are too fast and strong.🌊🌊

Nice and amazing place to visit. Make sure you plan your visit during evenings around 4pm to 5 pm. Nice pathway(layered with stones) which leads you to almost middle of sea. Happy to spot lots of dolphins as we walked till edge of that rocky pathway. No places to eat around . So dont expect any eateries around. Mostly boats of fisherman is there

Good and quite famous place for fish auction

A lovely and a calm place. The important highlight of the city VEMBAR. When you reach down to the beach it welcomes u with a pleasant breeze. You will not know the time running. There are chances for you to meet seahorses turtles lots of shellfish and oysters. The place is so awesome in the morning snd and when the sun sets and the light house is switched on the place is mind blowing. The waters touching the shore wants you to stay and see it all night ...........

Nice and Calm beach, more of Place of Boats anchored. Sea water is neat and clean. Adventure swimming then ideal place.

Good scenery but not enough space..... you can drive your car to the port easily like other ports.... only space for fish mart....Fresh fishes you get it in auction.....if you want to spend time in beach you have walk little bit away from the port...

Dont visit here for bathing. This beach was modified as fishing harbour so full of dirty water. Simply Waste

Less crowded place. Early morning 6am or evening 5pm is better to enjoy. If anybody interested to buy fish then you must be here at 7 am. Many fishing boats arrived at that time and they sell the fish by auction. The local market peoples are the tough competitors. We cant compete with them.

This beach is one of the best Ive ever been. I feel this beach is very much underestimated, maybe because of the underdeveloped neighborhood. This beach has rock pathways leading into the sea,which is awesome during sunrise and sunsets. Though this place looks lonely and spooky,the neighborhood is quite heartwarming!

I enjoyed the place beach with Lord Ayyanars thiruvarul. The serenity prevalent there is something adorable.

The rock bridge takes you about half km into the sea. The view is breathtaking. Visit around after 4:30 pm, so the sun shows some mercy. Its a great spot for just chilling. Make sure to bring some memorabilia, like seashells, or maybe just a couple of photos with your friends and family.Pro tip: Send your location from the edge of the bridge, to someone whos not with you (and never visited this place). On maps, it appears as if youre in the middle of the ocean. Just another way to have some fun! 😁

An extraordinarily quiet place that gives peace of mind with the calm colour of the water. It is located a little further from the main roads and might have trouble finding it since the roads are narrow and filled with turns. But the troubles worth it.

The place is good to bring up families. The roadways are good. There is a beach to take bath and play, just 7 km from sayalgudi. U could buy fresh fishes over there at the junction. Dont believe in google maps, just ask the localles for easy going.
