Had high expectation about Khanna Fiesta Zing, got totally disappointed. The menu was very limited. Planned to go for grilled items, as it was not available, had to order veg noodles (nothing else was there even at 630pm). The taste was so bad. Felt I could make better noodles at home. Wont prefer to go again.

When I go to vellore I usually stay there. Their rooms are neat and morning breakfast is also good.They have good Receptionist they are very kind and friendly.

I have attended one of my friends wedding last month, ambience was good, staff behaviour in dinning hall was good but the food was not at all good.. Charges for the food is too high but its not really worth. Need to improve the quality of food.

The time I went it was crowded. Gentle staffs. Had issues only with the card while opening rooms. Which needs improvement

Im writing this comments based on my experience in this hotel during my stay.I stayed in this hotel March 2019, the hotel located in the city center with all amenities.Hotel atmosphere and infrastructure is absolutely perfect.Room service is wonderful. I ordered food in the night times, really taste of food is delicious.The room was very neat and clean.For family this is the best place to stay and this hotel is not expensive.Super market, hospital, movie theaters, restaurants, temple, especially gold shopping can be done easily and public transportation (bus, auto) are very easy to access.The service provided to me during my stay in this hotel was like a VIP.When I checkout and waiting for my car to go to airport, the manager personally came to me and interviewed and ask me to give my opinion about this hotel.My experience with the hotel staffs was good. They are very professional.Kindly dont believe or read the negative comments.

Excellent service.. But night reception guys have less experience.. So you might have trouble. For example when I reached they said the executive room price is Rs. xyz excluding gst and after reaching booking online and reaching they say sorry is including gst.But except that.. They have an excellent restaurant in 3rd floor and the rooms are really premium!

You will be amazed to solve the riddle in finding out mushrooms in your egg biriyani,and chicken pieces in your mutton biriyani.How it happens to end in your plate you will not know. The taste is ok but the mixing up of dishes is never ending.But the service is excellent and in particular Mr.Boopathy who waited out our tables was polite, caring and very good in servicing our tables.but one cannot always go to such expensive restaurants for patronizing alone. Khanna fiesta has to concentrate on much in what is served in our plates.we do really pay for what we order and eat. Not for what they want to serve. Beware.

I was staying in Benz park previously.One time I had a time to visit khanna .Staffs are friendly, Housekeeping is always helpful. Receptionist is kind.Food is good. They also offering Mini Bar. Not that much costlier than benz park.Hotel khanna is offering Corporate scheme.They charging 2500 for 24 hours including breakfast and Taxes.And they are very helpful if checkout time exceeds. ( This is much appreciated and need for every travellers ).Now am staying regularly in hotel khanna atleast twice in a month.

Customer service is too bad. I did a marriage reception there total members who had dinner and breakfast was 104,120 members but they calculated bill for 125,155 members. Particularly the managers works there has worst behaviour and spoke so rudely. And also we found hairs in the foods provided.

SAFE STAY FOR SINGLE WOMEN TRAVELLERS IN KHANNA FIESTAIt was my first visit in this hotel.the hotel turned out to be very safe.while check in time reception staff were very helpful and I felt very safe .And when my phone unexpectedly stopped working they helped me by letting me use reception phone . All staff members very respectful and attentive . For me personally as a a lone women traveller ,I found my stay at khanna fiesta to be very safe and comfortable.I would recommended it for single woman traveller and family members.buffet breakfast in the morning it was good.....

Infrastructure of the place and ambiance of the room are too good. Parking facility is wonderful with security people around the clock.Dont ever try to have food from 3rd floor restaurant, both non-veg & veg are worse in quality. Meat which was delivered was days old.

Worst food experience in zest restaurant roof top... Food was worst at its best.... And hygiene was zero... Small cockroaches were running around the table... We went there to celebrate our day it was a worst experience of life we cancelled our food order half a way through ..... Strongly not recommended

Have been only to the roof top restaurant and it certainly is not the best they can offer. Nice ambience and location, but the intems on the menu were just a handful and understandably there was no crowd. Long waiting time for the food whenthere was just one family apart from our was a bit frustrating. But the food was of good quality and quantity. The staff were very cordial and very apologetic for the delay. Hence customer experience was taken care of. Giving three stars for the rooftop restaurant. Havent been to the vegetarian restaurant to comment or rate. Dont think Ill be going back to the rooftop restaurant whether or not the lack of items on the menu or the time delay was during covid times (visited mid Feb 2021) and wouldnt be recommending it to anyone else either.

A very good hotel to stay in at Vellore. The stay is premium at almost a budget price. The morning breakfast buffet is awesome, it has huge variety and quality food. The restaurant serves really good food. One must try the kebabs and barbeques. The only area of improvement is room service. They have to be asked repeatedly to change the bedsheets and towels. All in all one of the best places to stay in Vellore.Second Visit edit: Very few TV channels subscription. Please look into it. Suddenly the assorted and minibar items, although chargeable, have vanished. I didnt get those this time. Rest everything is same as the first review.

This hotel is a landmark for Vellore city, however the food quality and hospitality needs great improvement...

Decent place to stay, with clean rooms and clean bathrooms. Room size is decent as well.Breakfast was good as well. Total value for money.Location is decent as well, 15 mins drive to Golden Temple, we can find shops and eateries around.One thing which can be improved is providing a game room with some indoor games like table tennis, carrom, chess, etc. This will attract more family crowd.

There are 2 restaurant in here. The one at the ground floor is quick dine in and its really good for the price. Quality and tasty food. Coffee is nice here.The roof top is a laid back and expensive. Though you will find other better options for this price just around this hotel itself. I will still give it a 4 star for the taste and service quality.If you are looking for rooms to stay, 5 star right away. Dont think further just book for its cleanliness, asthetics, room service.

There are cheaper hotels also available at Vellore but if you are looking for Hassel free experience, you can go for this hotel. The best thing is its location where you can decide to explore temples/spots of your choice and come backWe stayed for a day here. When we arrived there was a wedding going on so parking was full when we arrived. The security helped us find a spot though and once the wedding party left, there was plenty of parking. The rooms were clean and well maintained. They have a multi cuisine restaurant on the top floor but the food is quite costly. There is a Veg restaurant (different management apparently) on the ground floor that is an option. The breakfast buffet was quite good in terms of the spread including choice of eggs and dosa to order. Check-in and check-out could have been a little quicker. Overall a pleasant stay.

Bad experience with the function hall and customer service. The Manager was not at all polite to us spoke harshly. I think this must not be practiced.

For me a hotel needs to provide good accomodation that is clean, food that is tasty and facilities that are functional. Khanna fiesta does all that and more. The breakfast is good and the spread is lavish. The room was clean and luxurious. Location of the hotel is envious. I would have given a five except for a non functioning key card for which we had to call the reception every time. Great job. Khanna fiesta is certainly a place to look out for a decent stay in Vellore.

Horrible place to stay, firstly expensive, on top of it poor maintenance inspite of not following covid precautions. Stinking bedsheets and towels, half hanging curtains, sticky floors, and beds full of bed bugs. Would never step in again nor would suggest anyone. Last but not the least, bad food.

Idlis were dry and less hot, but 2 idlis cost 24rs. , need to improve service and too costly!!!
