A very soothing experience with a large array of offerings. the service is courteous and luxurious. they have a parking. the place is spacious enough for different types of massages. the prices are reasonable as well. they have professional masseuses and they are calming ambiance.

I visited on the first time in my last visit. Very nice, location right on the highway in zalka. Prices are affordable. Masseuse knows what she is doing. Give this place a try.

Had the worst experience ever!!! Jacuzzi was filled with dirt, i even removed a used tea bag, (not mine), showed it to the receptionist, her response was, i dont check in here, instead of an apology...The shower robe i was offered was wet, when i asked about it, was told its directly from the laundry, please get a dryer, cause i felt like its a used one,which i am now highly suspectingTheres a chewing gum pasted on the showers door, please remove it, since its disgustingAnd by the way the toilet i used was broken!!!

NEVER COME HERE! I asked for 1 hour massage, in reality they massaged me only 35 minutes. When I made them a notice about this, they say, yes you are right and nothing else, just kicked out. Seems like it is normal practice over there, no apologies or compensation. With the same money better go to other places. Really low service and bunch of liars who just take money from you and give you no service in return.

The spa is clean and comfortable. I got a massage with hot stone. Staff were proffessional. I would go back and definately recomend it

I was there with a friend and we took a 60 min massage followed by Jacuzzi. It was a very nice experience. Friendly receptionist, professional massage. All in all I highly advise others to try the dual room.

As the name states, it is a heaven spa. for couples and singles to relieve the stress one can undergo during his bad day at the office. Nice aroma and peaceful music prepares the person to the forseen relief. Highly recommended place as it is in a location close to the city and on the highway.

Me and my wife took 2 royal packages for 120 min in a couple room with an hour massage, stones, towels, Jacuzzi/sauna,bamboo but my wife replace the bamboo with body scrub because she likes soft massage. The place is very clean, welcoming reception, friendly and hard working masseuse.We enjoyed it a lot and it was the best spa experience so far.

I didnt like at all, the timing is wrong, and the offer of the hot towel massage is a lie, they will put under ur back only one piece of hot towel, during the massage they vanish for 10 minutes, it was my worth massage experience, also in the sauna they didnt give us water to throw on the stones, but the staff are very friendly and helping

Tonight was the first time for me at this Spa. Actually the massage was ok , but the thing is that the Air-conditioning system is way too cold that it hit me right on my head and doesnt feel gd at all during the session. Plus when i went to take a shower , i found that there was no soap nor shampoo , The water mechanism wasnt working well , doesnt shut well nor keeps the water flowing properly..

This is the worst unprofessional place ive ever been toI bought the royal package for my boyfriendAnd asked specifically for a 100 minute massage and 20 minutes with the hot stonesShe literally did a 60 min massage while interrupting it and leaving the room twice 10 ninutes each to go get towels and hot stonesSo he ended up with a 40 minute massageThe worst part is While waiting for him i took an hour package for myself , the massage was fine but when we finished she took me to the shower and there was a naked man right there in front of me ! And it was very normal for them.The place is filled with male customers each of them asking for a specific masseuse which was VERY weirdrip off place , disgusting

It was one of the worst experiences, fromBeginning till the end1-starting from the masseuse to the experience itself2 - it started painful and ended up painful3- masseuse nails /attitude below average4-going outside in the middle of massage to bring hot towels took her 5 to 7 mins, no eye mask , no music no nothing5-the funniest part is that i could hear the receptionist and people talking outside !!6-what’s worst is that when I finished she started cleaning the room in front of me going outside inside without knocking on doors , no privacy no manners... nothing !!7-It’s the first time I feel pain afterwards a should be relaxing experienceI don’t recommend the experience at all .

I received 40 min massage instead of 75min that was written when i bought the package. Plus no hot towwels or hot stone were given although they were included in the package.

To start with, the receptionist does not know how to greet the clients (uncomfortable feeling as we enter!)We had to wait 15 mins for our massage session to start.The massagers are not well trained to do a relaxing massage, knowing that we have already notified them to make it stronger, but they did not take that into consideration.We chose the hot stones type, and it took them around 10-15 mins to prepare them.They said “finish” 15 mins before the end of our reservation!!So basically we barely got 30 mins of massage while we have paid for 1 full hour.We asked for water and did not get any, neither water nor tea, like all other spas!We complained to the manager of 7th Heaven and her assistant, but they could not care less, and they did not even try to make it up for us,which implies that they do not care about customers’ satisfaction.Totally rude staff!Totally not recommended!
