Great customer service! Very fast and prompt. International brand lenses takes a day to deliver. Normal lenses within a day or just few hours. The owner Mr. Hari such a gentleman, customer experience and satisfaction is his priority. Thank you Vellore Opticals!

Thanks for your best service, fully satisfied in the computerized and vision test. Good hospitality from staff and owner. Detailed explanation of the product, prompt delivery. Once again thanks for your best Customer service and support. Congrats for your future endeavor.

Today, I got my delivery of Crizal Prevencia lens with Provo light weight frame. The lens has blue coating (Crizal claims that it prevents blue rays from mobile/computer - Ill need to test it).I got one more Crizal lens with Gucci frame and that has green coating. The anti-glare is default feature provided with Crizal and its works really well.Ill provide my feedback after usage of 3 months in front of the computer.About the shop, overall experience was good.Update: The Gucci frame is not worth the price..The outer blue rubber on the frame is peeling off after 4-5 months of usage...(Check photo 3 and 4)The Crizal Prevencia is working well after 4-5 months usage..It really prevents the blue harmful light from mobile and laptop and its very soothing to eyes..Not sure until when the coating will work..Let me use it for a year and then provide another update.
