Every week I came to fuel filling for my bike in your shell fuel station, initially first month they doing better job for all welcoming and customer behavior all the thingsNow the service is very worst, But Im not expecting like customer approach from shell station I love your service but last 2 months no proper response from your staffs and his behavior worst, today I went to fuel filling air filling one boy simply sitting and chatting some one in rest room he told me Thats not working if you want complaint you do your self this is second time to same problem,Finaly one person told me SIR DONT FORGET TO COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS what a management force to do give complaint

Worst Shell station ever... filthy service... Managers are not worried about the customers instead they love to chat with people and go all around..

Its one of the biggest on the highway stretch. You have a layby to park your car and rest. Its well lit and spacious. You have a small outlet for snacks and soft drinks as well. Its connected only via a service road if youre traveling the other side and is quite a bit of detour. But its easily accessible and noticeable if traveling towards Vellore.

No shell go point system there

Never had such wonderful hospitality in any other petrol pump in my life . Lovely place lovely people. So kind staffs . You can enjoy a small tea break in petrol pump itself . Really wonderful full . They provide a news paper for free .. Excellent

Large area as compared to other fuel/gas stations. Clean and big rest rooms. Shell select outlet available from where you can buy anything from snacks to drinks to chocolates to neck cushions to locks etc.Covered and shaded car parking is aso available. Overall management is good here.

While refueling your car staffs will clean your wind shield and good and enough space for turning your vehicle. Staffs are following strict safety precautions.

Big fuel station has more than 10 pumping station with huge space. I have not visited shell shop for any purchase. Quality of fuel is good as like other shell fuel station across the city. The bad thing is Nitrogen is not available. Request management to look out this. Now a days people are using nitrogen in car and bikes. Highway fuel station should have this facility mandatory.
