Hygiene is an issue. But location is perfect, if someone is visiting CMC VELLORE

Nice cozy room, clean atmosphere, cordial and helpful stuffs. It’s location makes it as one of the most suitable place to stay while visiting CMC. The price may seems a bit high but you have to consider the conveniences too.

Neat n clean place. Very good service. The staffs are very helpful A special mention to Kabita ji ( the house keeping staff). Also both the managers are really cordial and helpful. Nice place to visit CMC VELLORE for treatment purposes.

Its very very very good rooms and management communication with customers is good and rooms are clean and green nd water facility is very well. And its very near to cmc hospital.

WORTH FOR MONEY.

One of the biggest advantage is its just opposite to CMC hospital. Staff is nice and helpful. Bedsheets needs an improvement which is very dirty.

Very worst rooms and staff . They dont even provide proper bed and air conditioner but you have to pay the amount day by day itself . All other hotel collect money after vacating the hotel . But these people are too rude . My suggestion is not to stay in this hotel . You have many other hotels over there with decent price and good rooms with beautiful ambiance . But in these Chandra residency you dont have proper ventilation . And the staff is too bad and improper towards customers .

Appoint a educated manager. He doesnt know how to handle valuable customer otherwise room is good, near to cmc, hot water running all time and cleanliness. Service horrible.

It is just opposite to CMC main gate.we stayed there for 10 days. Rooms are spacious and very much clean;Ac,tv,water purifier ,hot & cold water in bathroom are there. Everyday they clean the rooms,bathroom and change the bedsheet. I would highly recommend this to people who want to stay in a clean and hygienic way. However, we found two cons:1. They dont have any kitchen attached to the hotel where people can cook themselves.2. You cant always avail ground floor lift as that is inside a restaurant and when that restaurant is crowded,they dont allow to use that lift( Incase of patients who are unable to walk,they allow for them)Overall, it was a great stay.

Prices are reasonable. They maintain cleanliness. Its straight opposite to CMC gate. Rooms are spacious. They provide hot water for bathing.

Cheap price for a clean hotel and directly infront of C.M.C. Vellore

Pros:- Nice, clean and spacious rooms.- Cordial and polite staffs.- Value for money compared to other hotels.- Located exactly opposite to CMC OPD Gate.Cons:- Only one power socket in a room.

Nice place.. just opposite to CMC Vellore main OPD gate. Too much crowded place. No restaurant. AC was properly working. Good place to stay if you visit CMC

Right on the Front Gate of CMC, Clean Rooms, Easily within Budget etc. Overall Probably the Best place Around CMC.

The managers of the hotels behave very rudely with customers and are professional liars. They gave me and parents a room where AC doesnt work but charged AC room rate and whenever we went to tell them to fix it they shouted and screamed at us and at midnight they said us to vacant the room but we stayed anyway and they made us left on next early morning.
