How a bad dealer can spoil the image of a good brand?Sunder Electronics, Vellore is a good example. I bought DAIKIN Brand split AC from Sunder Electronics, Vellore. Their technician broke the swing flap while performing the free service. I called Sunder Electronics office and complained about the same on 10th of May, one irresponsible gentleman answered my call and said he will send technician on Monday which is 13th May. That day passed no has come and I called them again on Tuesday, they said they will send technician on Wednesday. That day also passed no has come. Finally one technician came on 16th May and inspected the complaint. He said he will go to office and check for the parts availablilty to replace the broken flap. The next day I got a call from their office. They said that for replacing the broken flap I have to pay Rs.1000. They know that it was broken by their technician and they have to replace on FOC. Now they are saying that the broken flap was replaced earlier. So they cannot replace on FOC this time. When I asked them is there any acknowledgement from outside for this replacement, they had no answer. So it is clear case of cheating the customer.My flat is only 3 kms away from their service center. They took 2 weeks to send the technician to inspect the complaint.Hence I would like to suggest the customers to be more careful and not to purchase any products from Sunder Electronics, Vellore and struggle for the after sales support.
