Eating at Suresh is, to me, like eating at a friends place. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, located in the Matte area of Berne, which is in the old town near the river and lovely to go for a walk. Every dish is prepared with love and the menu has something for everybody. Last but not least, they serve my favorite beer from Tramdepot.

It is very cozy and the owner is friendly. The menu is quite exciting with some fish and seafood options. However, the curry is quite mediocre...and I would say boring. Did not taste like much.

I was happy. The restaurant is really very tastefully decorated. No cheap deco, but it was a lot of very colorful coordinated with each other. My friend and I were there together and each of us ordered something else - I can announce, I tried a little bit of everything and it was awesome. In my view, a meeting is totally recommended. Here you get both: friendly and fast service.

Actually quite surprising, the menu, half Indian and half Swiss. But everyone in our group, it was also the first time here, found something and was happy. The restaurant also reflects this beautiful connection with modern furnishings that spread neither rigidity nor ethno-kitsch. The restaurant, simply tastefully furnished, as well as the food from the selection to the dishes to the taste of the dishes. Surprisingly without registration, we were served quickly and competently by a systematic, relaxed, stress-free young woman.

We were disappointed. When I read all the comments and see the website, I have a certain expectation and thought wow I want to go there. Well we were there and they brought the card and we should read something out of it. A buffet was recommended to all other guests after us. Why not us I love burgers but that means burger meat without bread one could mention, of course I could also ask. In addition, the service was very inattentive you are 2x 10-15min past us without paying attention to us or looking at us. I ran out of drinks while eating, the same when paying. The curry was outstanding. My meat was not really recommended, fried too much. We hope to get better next time.
