Neatly maintained rooms.Biggest asset is that different rooms are available, like single bedded with AC or non AC , double bedded with AC or non AC and so on..It has almost 30 rooms divided among the 4 floors including the ground floor.Proper printed bill is also given.Proper infrastructure is done in all rooms and in case of any further requirements, necessary arrangements will be done.Cleaning of the rooms are done regularly.As it lies slightly away from the main road so its noise free.In case of power cuts inverters are available to provide electricity.It is really useful for college students who dont like staying in hostels.It is like a lodge and PG(paying guest).Disadvantage is that they dont provide food.Its our duty to arrange food for ourselves.

I stayed there for 6 months rooms are nice . Owner returned the whole deposit money on the vacating date.

Rooms are in very good size, prices are cheap compare to other. The breeze here is amazing and awesome nature view in morning and evening
