Don’t waste your money and time. They will charge you the same service amount even they didn’t finish your work as promised. I paid 1000rs as advance to change keypad in my laptop, almost a month passed they didn’t ordered for a right model keypad that is apt to the laptop. Then they said that they couldn’t find the keypad so they returned the laptop and I’m charged with 500rs for the unfinished work. After a long argument they still charged 400rs for me. They don’t even have a proper technician. Also they damaged my laptop on one corner. Don’t trust this place.

.It is very very worst shop in Vellore city. I have given my laptop for repairing of hinge only. But, my laptop not repair properly. I was received my laptop with more problems from the shop such as camera broken, Mic and Bluetooth not working. There is no proper skilled technician. I think so the shop will give the system to another place for repairing. My laptop was totally damaged by the shop. Rs. 2500/- I have paid to shop for damaging of my laptop . I strongly recommending that customers not go that shop for any repair of laptop and computer. The staff of the shop tell that we will call back to you but never they will call back to customers. My laptop worth Rs. 55,000/- but today its value as nil due to above mentioned reasons.

I know them for last 8years I buy and service only this place... be careful to buy anything and check the product is sealed before use...

Please dont go they are doing worst customer service and also they cheated us in money by saying that they did service.they are pakka fraud please go too some other service centre.they are biggest cheater i ever seen .

Gave my personal lap for repair, there was no response for 5 days, tried calling, no proper response regarding the issues. Finally came to know that thy are giving to another vendor to fix.. Pricing was double so I got back, for which I have to pay min 450 as a price.. Why? That.. Just to open. And close the case? Being a system admin, I am aware that it does not cost this much just for checking the issue .Giving solution is different.. But pls learn to respond customers.. Each customer is important.. You are loosing ur values.. Pls learn some ethics

BEWARE FRAUD SHOP.I gave them my gaming pc for case change , it was so simple they just had to change the components from current case to the other case , They charged 650 which was pricey but still i gave themw hat they asked , i clearly told them to handle it with care , since my new case was very expensive, tbey said they would take care of it and finnaly everything was done and i went back to get my pc , it was scratched at multiple places , even myold case was scratched very badly . i showed it to them and they said those scratches were already present , i know this would happen so i already took a picture of my case before giving it to them and i showed them those pictures too , They just were not talking . i left the place and got home booted up my pc and tbh it was not booting up , They have shut down my pc while it was updatingnd the OS got malfunctioned , I called them again and they said they would arrange a technician after three hours , two of the techician came to my house and examined my pc and said if they change the os my pc would work fine , i said okay , and they just installed a corrupted pirated version of windows 10 in my pc , where they were about to leave , the owner called me and asked me to give them 1000 rupees for OS CHANGE ? THAT TOO 1000 RUPEEES FOR A CORRUPED VERSION? and two days later i saw they have also damaged my motherboard while servicing , it works fine but it has a dent . VERY WORST SERVICE . CHEAP BEHAVIOUR AND FRAUD SHOP . SO I HIGHLY ADVICE YOU GUYS NOT TO GO TO THIS SHOP.

Very bad experience . Had to repair a dell laptop which was working totally alright but the cabinate was broken. They said they will repair it fully but after 2 mts they returned with a new keyboard with some non functioning keys and made us charge 8000 for the repair. Next time he took to solve that problem n gave us the laptop with the the back led not working . What a waste of time n money . Cheat with extra buttery shopkeeper. I would never suggest anyone to go to popular computer.
