I gave my acer nitro 5 to them for service. They are doing good but making little late.

Worste ever service center. My acer laptop got repaired and it is in warranty acer customer care assigned to this service center. No answer to call then I got some personal number from acer regional manager after 5 days of complaining then they took my laptop for service and took 4 days and delivered to me and very next day I have faced the same problem. Reason they didnt replace it they have just cleaned the dust and delivered to me. If your laptop assigned to this service center please ask customer care to change it.

I think this is the worst service center I have ever seen. I dont know why Acer have approved fox for their service center.

My 1 year Acer aspire started shutting down on its own or when shaken little bit. So as per Acer suggestions, I have given my laptop here and its been 2 weeks and no response. None of their numbers are answered but one given by them personally. Even when called that number they said they will get back in a minute and the minute never passed for them even after days. I called multiple times but they never answer. Worst service center ever. Service is secondary atleast we should get a response first. Dont know how Acer authorises such service centers
