I bought a redmi note 3 through Lazada, which is still under warrantyThe GPS works only intermittently and there is a frequent failure to connect. I left the phone for repair and after 2 weeks, I had to call them. They assured me that it was fixed, but the same problems exist. I went back to the shop (again) and now they are trying to get me to pay and additional RM 250 for a phone which is currently priced lower than what I paid for this. I know it isnt an expensive phone, but it is still under warranty and so should be replaced or my money refunded. Appalling customer service..

Very bad after sales service. i bought a vivo smartphone here with an offer for 6 months of screen protection by vivo (with a warranty card) but seller didnt register the warranty for their customer. repair a cracked screen take time 1 month. terrible service
