Never buy at this shop.. I bought Idly and Idiyappam during CMC visit and they said Rava idly is very good for patients while packing and delivery. While we opened the idly sambar we found Cockroaches in Idly sambar.. prices are extremely high for their poor quality foods and service.. Since we search for hygienic food for patients, outsiders kindly dont prefer this hotel for ant sort of food and dishes..

Sambar idly tastes good

One of landmark of Vellore. Renovated couple of years ago from the old hotel which was there for more than three decades. Idly sambar is a very good combo in this hotel. price affordable. Good ambience.good service given to customers

One of the Famous Hotels of Yesteryears. I visited the Hotel before its renovation. I went there with lot of expectations but found it disappointing.I went in the Afternnoon. There were only Meals and Sambar Rice. The quality was Good.Decided to give it another try either in the Morning or Evening for its famous Idly Sambar.

A well-renowned restaurant and an iconic landmark for many and still serving its authentic menu for people who have surrendered their taste buds for their idly sambar, pongal and vada. Tea & Coffee to wrap-up the show. I could fondly remember its setting (wooden chairs & tables, old antique ceiling fans in its old retro building, nothing fancy but adorable) 20 years back and the way how it has transitioned now. Whatever the case may be, even now the bus stop still goes by this name.

Try sambar idli. You will like it. Old restraunt serving wounder full sambar.my personal recommendation only sambar idli.

Excellent quality they maintain, i think it is almost 100 years hotel and every body in vellore knows their quality & service.
