Good place to eat ice cream in that hot city. I feel price range is bit high compared to other city. We will get lot of different variety of flavors and different topings which I loved it.

Was not neat...No toppings available even by 12noon...No digital payment option...My coffee delight was a solace!

Usual ibaco experience, no new flavours, once a ibaco fan stays on as one. With the addons the cookie & cream was awesome

Nice place to celebrate small moments with your colleagues.

Though ice cream taste is good, shop is not customer friendly. The person in billing section is very rude. Also the person who gives the icecream doesnt even know the name of the icecream. We have to point to the icecream and tell this and that. Though only parcel service available now, they dont give ice pack to prevent it from melting. Hope the officials will make some change

I dunno why they stopped providing RO water to the customers.. Staffs are always in their private room and will come out after calling them twice or thrice.. we have to clean the leftover of others in the tables, before starting to dine.. Why should we pay hefty amount and do table cleaning of their recent customers, they should place a boarding and instruct every one to dispose their empty cups and tissues or they should appoint a staff to keep the dining area tidy..

Tasty ice creams of high quality are d highlights. Toppings are quite good. The downsides are slow customer service, asking for tissues, dirty littered tables which are not clean, no parking facilities, no water. The pricing is on upper end and not suited for all classes of people.

The fruit based icecreams here are really good, although I should say that they are a bit sweeter than other places that serve something similar. (Try jackfruit!) I tried the classic waffle cone here and it was decent. Like other people have mentioned, its worth the price. You can find parking on the other side of the road depending on the time of day.

The tropical jackfruit icecream has become my favourite for this summer...every spoonful is just yum
