This Bata showroom is located on the officers line road, just opposite to voorees higher secondary School. This shop is direct showroom of Bata. The staffs are very polite and patiently showing the models workout any hesitation or complaint. There are lots of new connections also there. Apart from regular Bata they also have hush puppies, Schol brands as well. Now and then different offers will be given. Almost every Friday the get me stocks with old and new models. The quality of the shoes and all the products, they maintain it very well. Good place to but footwear in Vellore.

Usual fare, hush puppies are the best, staff little better than other Bata stores in Vellore. What is quite disturbing is that most of the staff are indifferent to customers. They dont help you in selection, many a time you have to call them to attend to you.

Won’t provide bill unless you ask for it and cashier says lame reason for not generating the bill UPI problem etc.. I strongly said I need bill then he generated the bill for the purchase I made.

The shop was almost closed when we reached at around 9 15pm but upon request they opened and allowed us to shop. A big thanks to the guy who helped us find shoes for our kids.
