Service wise good. Their was no issue with Service quality, its good. But their was lot of customers waiting at front door. Their was no token system. Its too crowded. In sufficient waiting lobby. Social distancing not maintained well. No rest room. Navigation- from green circle pick share-auto / Local bus via kadpati and drop down near vishu cinemas. From vishu cinemas walk 50 meters. Located in first floor.
Worst service in this service center they are blaming un educated customersService center manager also words behavior. They are spoiling Samsung brand goodwill.

Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessStaffs working inside Samsung not interested in listening the queries of customer. They joyfully spending the time and doesnt bother about the customers pain & mobile problem.customers shout at them means then they are showing their anger in mobile purposefully spoiling the board and telling that our mobile is water logged.irritating, Rude, & Dhada behaviour and worst hospitality, dont know how this roudys got Authorized service center,up-to me unauthorized service centers are good compare to them.i dont know when good time is going to come to get rid of this service center.If this continuous people will skip, reject samsung definetly go for other brands.my suggestion is Service center should be Closed and should be handover to capable and well experienced persons.

Well furnished office. Good Customer support & Prompt service. It could be much better if they added a separate cabin for trial piece to purchase a brand new head sets or mobile accessories. But service point of view & Customer response very much satisfied..
Worst ever experience. No customer response. Poor quality service. If theres a 0 rating star possible, Id give that too. Went for a change of display and now asked for an extension of warranty. If they want to loot, better take off ATMs not the customer money. Hopeless service center. Better Samsung take this off from their website.
Worest Service in Vellore Authority because that Service manager is not Handling Professional that Person is Local Thatha Range behaver....I will purchase my j2 core mobile in last year i applicable for one year liquid damage and total damage insurance but that Service manager is not Accept my insurance Authority so I am totally disappointed i will loss of my mobile and insurance amount also....

Without attending call is closed. Based on 1st visit observation they simply closed 2nd call without not even discussion. After lot of followup he came and purposefully spoiled the board to prove he is write.
My samsung mobile have problem within 6 month, given to service center, they checked mobile and resolve the problem Within 1 and half hour.Now mobile working fine, speed and fine service...
I have to say the staffs in this service center are really useless. I went for an issue in Samsung Smart watch Active2, funny part is the staffs here think that we dont know anything. The person who attended the problem said that this is as expected and its the latest watch(actiev3 is the latest watch not active2), and he gave me some irrelevant reasons like Pairing issue and ESIM Issue. I clearly explained him what is the concept of ESIM, then he kept his mouth Shut and took me to his manager. That manager was even more worse with his justifications, all I can say is this center is a bunch of people who dont have the skill to trouble shoot what the issue is, dont go here. I spent 2 hours explaining things to these guys, all was utter waste.

I did my mobile service here. It was good.My mobile was hanging. I want to 3 other service centre but the problem was not rectified. My mobile is Samsung Galaxy A30s. The employer here is so customer friendly.I am going from 27-1-21. The one who handled my quisted and mobile Mr.Riosandy and I would personally give him rating of 5stars out of 5. Further I would add that this showroom followers every safety measures at this covid pandametic. One of the best mobile service center in vellore viruthambattu.........there STAFFS are good......and I specially mention Mr.Jayaprakash and vignesh anbalangan...thank u so much 👍👌👌👌👌👌 good features from mobile service center.

Infrastructure is good. But Customer service is pathetic. After paid the final bill and taking back the mobile, found job is incompleted as back panel is peeled off. Given again and got rectified.
This service center is very worst. The response of the staff is very bad.my Samsung A51 mobile was having problem and they could not able to solve the issue.every time we visit their behavior is as if we have come for begging. Because of such service center we are afraid to go for Samsung products. If service is so bad, how we purchase so costly mobile. Once we purchase, we can not go to retail shop, we can not get response in service then where we will go.

Went there to check on my phones hanging issue they end up saying my charging board and motherboard all short circuited due to water logging and showed some generic water logged phone board which would cost about 10k and I bought phone for about 14k. phone was in warranty and the only reason I went there. It only required a factory reset to fix my phone. Samsung should be ashamed of having service representatives as these ppl who dont even have the basic knowledge about a smartphone. These ppl only want to repel warranty customers at any cost without even analyzing the problem. And not to mention the response was rude when I tried to tell them what I thought could fix the phone. Worst experience. Ppl in vellore and gudiyattam better get there phones fixed in local mobile service shops than going to these scammers.

Recently i gave my mobile to this service centre.really its pathetic situation for me .as a customers we give our mobiles to them and we have to beg for taking back .even a begger will response gud aftr putting sme money but those staffs and managers no response aftr paying of complete bill also.worst ever service experience .i dnt knw how a gud brand like samsung are giving service centre for this poor service centre .dont think customers as fools🤬🤬🤬.even a roadside shop will be gud as these guys provide such poor response.

As they are handling service for mobile devices, AC, TV etc. But the infrastructure according to that is not enough.The staffs were very slow .They are not at all interested in work it seems like that out of their behaviour.And they keep a hell of waiting time 😡😤Eg. I gave a mobile @ 10am after checking to proceess atlast till job sheet it was 12:30pm .Samsung should correct it because they loose heavy customers from these kind of action.

The place is okay. Following social distancing and covid prevention rules which is good. But average service time per customer is 30 - 45 mins which is bit hard.

Very worst customer service they wont convey proper info to customer and ask to wait more than 2 hours post that they will call us and ask us to wait another 1 hour for mobile test... Even the staff wont convey exact situation about the mobile... I went around 11am and came out 5pm only for testing... And if you order some spare for the mobile they will ask us to give mobile for testing... Samsung please change the dealers... Frustated Samsung cusomter
