The premises is clean and tidy. I have availed the haircut service. Services are not of good standard.

Recently have done hair cut and face brightening from Naturals Katpadi. I liked the services provided. I did eyebrows from Suji..Liked her service and tried face clean up.Now I am regularly doing hair cut and face clean from Suji by booking the slot as the service is really good and satisfying.Thanks Suji and keep up the good services.Keep it up Naturals.

Okay so naturals a game changer of salons when it first opened right and they’ve always given me really good service until today when I went to get my fringe cut I even showed the hairstylist the picture of the kind of bangs I wanted and yet they gave me the worst one anyone could have had they did not style it properly telling me she had set it but it was horrible I’ve been getting my bangs trimmed since I was a teenager and this was first time I’ve had such a bad experience with them. Moreover it was extremely unclean as she took the ceramic roller brush from another stylist who had just finished with another customer and used it on me. I was truly mortified. She could have at least used an aerosol disinfectant. I hope they can do better. Honestly if I’d known it was gonna be this bad I would have just done it myself watching from YouTube and it would have made no difference.

Hi really I feel good and safe to have service in Katpadi naturals . I came with my family enjoyed with friendly moments from staffs and mainly managers supported us friendly with more suggestions and ideas was really goodThe way they treated clients was really so cute and polite mannar. My favourite hairstylist Mr.Kayum, whenever I went and sit for service from Kayum I feel so comfortable and confident tat he will do the best and give me a satisfaction on my look. Experience was very very bad dont go any naturals parlour I had long hair but they did very short didnt fulfill expectations for layer cut compulsory shampoo + conditioner but they didnt did and amount only they collected.... Not a professional staff and expensive

Very unprofessional... I took appointment at 11am and reached the saloon...The staff made me wait without a word...No excuse for having another customer in my place.

Really I got angry for the first time in naturals from last 5 years.Such a worst service, please dont go there.Local Barbers are appointed there, not the trained professionals.I dont know why they are charging more price.

I have been visiting this salon for few years. Today . On 15th oct 2019 , 12:15pm I came to do facial. I am in facial room wearing mask, a staff is coming in my room, changing his dress . What kind of cheap service is this? There are many rooms and one bathroom nearby, how can he behave like this.Unexpected bad service. I am not doing my facial on road, doing in private room, how can a staff do like this. Never experienced such a issue in any spa.

Gone are the days and staff whose work used to be satisfactory. But now people are not able to do even an eyebrow properly. One eyes brow is in one shape and height and the other one in another shape and height. My Brows were better before they did it.I would not recommend it to people henceforth.

Its nice to do a hair cut there but I had a problem there as well its personal only the barber didnt do what i asked for in shaving trimming so I have to clean shave

Manish bhaiyya and Sanjay bhaiyya are probably the best hairdressers Ive ever encountered in my life. They are the best at haircuts and beard shaping. They understand what you wanna do with your hair and beard and what would suit you the best. I highly recommend this salon.

Services need to be improved. The staff is always in a hurry to finish service. I got a pedicure and cleanup done, but it wasnt at all good. Pedicure got over in 10 mins and cleanup in 5 mins. I had packs applied for a longer time than the total service itself. Overall, I was completely disappointed considering the amount of money they charge for these services.
