I like this Sephora. Everything is clean and well organized. Very professional and I usually always get what Im looking for here. In the malls usually things are sold out or hard to find.Also great that you can just park right infront it and go in that one store rather than walk an entire mall to get a Sephora.

Its a nice store but at some point helpfulness quickly turns pestering. When youre asked by 3 employees if you need help and you say no thanks. Then the rest of your shopping, the second you pick up a product to view, a employees is over your shoulder asking if you need help. Note that its the same people you just said no thanks too just a minute ago. Not a fun experience 👎

Very helpful even though they cant see your whole face

Did not like the service. Last time I went, I bought an item because it had a discount. I also asked them to chose the tint they thought was best for me. Unfortunately, it was not my tint, but not a big deal. However, when I went to exchange it, I was forced to pay for the full price because there was no discount on the item anymore. So, just because THEY chose my tint wrong, I had to pay the full price. They did not care about me. Really disappointing, I wont come back at this location. Also, I dont like how when Im searching an item, they immediately put it in my bag. I just want to look at things, not necessarily buy them right away.

Great customer service, girl with black hair and blonde highlights is cool and was patient with my undecisive choice of cologne.

I always get such great service at this Sephora! This week in particular I got my brows tinted and waxed at the brow bar by Marie-Pierre and she did SUCH a nice job! They are actually perfect now and she even took the time to show me how best to line your brows to make them pop! Loved the service, her professionalism and kindness! Will definitely be coming back regularly! Thank you Marie-Pierre! If you want gorgeous brows, book with her!

I visited this store the first time as I am a customer at the store in Fairvew the beautician was very careless, not patient and let me scramble to find a good product, the other advisors were just good the service is very mediocre for the price we pay

I went there today. I wanted to spoil myself a little. I would have needed advice on finding a foundation and I needed to buy myself a lipstick.Not a hello, not even a smile to signal to me that the employees had seen me .. it looked like I was invisible in the store. Yet there were 4-5 young girls working. I left without buying anything. Just because I should have been greeted and asked if I needed help finding something.
