Our 2 night stay experience could have been more better, not happy with the hospitality.Room was decent, fridge wasnt working properly, there were no proper bathroom utilities. Had to call on the desk again n again for the same few required things.Food was average and wasnt worth the amount.

Your staff named RAJEEV needs to be either thrown out of your hotel or taught how to talk.This one guy is capable of brining the business down to zero and thats how bad he is with handling a situation and responding to people.I am surprised how a man with such an attitude is even let near your premises, and Im pretty sure he really does not care about any guest and is just sitting there hating his job and doing the worst an employee could ever be doing.

Definitely did not have a good experience here. Rajiv especially, was the worst. He had zero knowledge of how to treat incoming customers, was very rude to al at times. The rooms themselves were dirty and ill-maintained. Rajiv, however ruined the entire experience for us. Hope he learns how to talk to people respectfully. The room service too was devastating, we had to call them twice, just to get a spoon.

Overall experience was good (4/5) Hotel location, overall ambience & room quality are delight. Located right off the plam beach road, all the prime locations in Navi Mumbai are easily accesible. One of the things I absolutely loved was the staff behaviour. Right from the security guards, receptionists, House-keepers to restaurant staff, every one is professional & polite and they will always greet you with a smile. Rooms are in decent condition with great decor & lighting. We stayed for 10 nights there,great location, the room was spacious, the people working at the reception very kind and helpful, breakfast was very good! Overall the experience was Good. I will definitely stay there again.

-It is around 15-20min distance from Ghansoli station via car.-Right now it is under construction.-Reception staff is very supportive and they need valid driving licence or Aadhar card to check-in.-Complementary wifi is available, you can ask at reception and they will guide you in accessing the wifi.-In room dining is available and for the breakfast you have to go to Lobby.-Dinner have very limited veg options.-Starter is good but bit of expensive.-Main menu also have very few options for veg people.-Rooms are very clean. They have non smoking rooms however all the passage area are filled with smoke.They need strict smoking policy or better system to to remove all the smoke from the passage or rooms.

The hotel was good but the amenities were not upto the mark like the bathroom door lock was broken, jetspray was leaking, the bathroom drain was not working properly, the rooms lighting button were working but with efforts at the time of on/off. I dont know about the food quality as we had only breakfast which was okay. The hotel staff was good. We saw that near hotel, some trucks were also parked, just thought of mentioning as some might feel uncomfortable while staying at hotel. It was okay

Approach of hotel is less than average, hotel is okay for short buisness stay. Breakfast was pretty good.Go for it if pricing you get is cheaper than other options.

Stayed here for more than a week. The suite wasn’t maintained well and the decor is very aged. Needs improvement!! The rooms should be refurbished to match the current day and age. The room flooring, the couches, bed etc everything looks old.The room service is incredibly slow too! The restaurant staff was great which was the only saving grace.Overall, the hotel requires a makeover.

Good Hotel located at the prime location of MIDC and APMC of November Mumbai .Very supportive and well behaved Staff .Rooms are clean and spacious. All necessary amenities are provided .Need to lookout for more options in food category. Rooptop Pool is much visit part of Hotel though it was closed due to covid Norms , which is well understood. Flexible checking and check out timing. Lean, clean and hygiene is top priority.

Had my marriage ceremony at royal orchid. Mr. Rahul morde, their banquet manager, is an extremely helpful person. Helped me throughout and eased my workload. He managed to handle all our customizations and still offered a great deal. Id booked 20 rooms for 2 days and had 50 guests and not a single concern. Highly recommend the food too.

I had bad experience of power cut and technical issue with room lights post backup. They took 1 hr to fix it. I feel to give one star for initial experience. My Gf started screamin at them then it got repaired. They didnt even apologize for inconvenience it created as if its every day problem. This is by far the most pathetic stay ever of my life.Hospitality - 0Food - 0Room - 0They made us feel that we are staying there for free.They were not bothered on how spicy and oily the food was,no soap or shampoo in the bathroom,no cleanliness at all.They were only bothered about a huge wedding that was going on and we were just a common guest.To add more to the experience,the security guard moved our newly taken royal enfield bike from the parking zone to a no parking zone without our consent and the next day we see scratches on our bike.Because he had moved our bike and parked it in some random place a car came and hit it so bad and the hotel staff was hiding this from us and when we insisted they gave us the cctv.We were told that we will get compensation in 24 hours but the lady at the customer service counter till date has not received our call.For us it is our hard earned money but for them it was a joke.We have stayed at many hotels but this is the worst hotel ever!

Contemporary business hotel offering delish food and great coffee. Service is by far the best I had at any business hotel & food keeps surprising me on my each visit to this hotel. They keep hosting food festivals and events and are great at Outdoor catering as well.Rooms are chic with mini bars and bedside console and offer the weary travellers a much needed calm. Room service menu is crisp and easy to order. Overall, the continental food, fares excellent and do try their desserts especially from the Indian kitchen.Great hotel with a heart of gold.

The worst stay in a hotel that has these many good reviews. Had a TV that keeps turning off, also did not recharge the dth, had no hot water, had no water bottle at the beginning, the kettle was reading of bad smell that made living in the room even more difficult. Was given a bathroom towel that was not washed properly as it still had some womens hair, imagine a male staying in a hotel room alone and finding womens hair in the towel, extremely untidy and they claim that they provide the cleanest and safest rooms for the customers. They said that breakfast would be served from 7am but the 3 nights I stayed for my friends wedding never had I ever had breakfast before 8:30am. The only thing likable was the food.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. when I reached outside hotel, my reaction was that I made a mistake and should cancel the booking. However, I decided to go ahead and not to cancel and later regretted. I wonder how they have 4.5* rating ... Issues:-VERY small property -No parking arrangement. only 4-5 vehicles can be parked in alley n balance outside.- Inside Room you will feel that property is aging fast- small restaurant, small lobby, small (4×4) lift.- Pool is just for namesake, its too small (though not operational due to covid).- Many food items not available in already a limited menu- Taste wise below average for most of things except few things- Not sure whether the senatisation is being taken care properly as could not see any one senatising common points while I was in lobby (though there could be time mismatch also).- Soap dispenser was broken, it was not taken care despite one guy came to see.Good things:In general, staff was polite and service was prompt. Checkin checkout was fast.Cleanliness in generalOverall an average 3 star property. Nothing to remember about. Must be suitable for business travellers who just want to spend the night in neighborhood.

Faced too many issues in the hotel- sometimes low water level- brown residue coming from faucet and shower- renovation construction work was going on in an unsafe manner- No designated smoking zone available- Lifts are not secured with access control through key cards

Well connected with Roads , Trains & transportation facility is available round the clock. Hotel is precious , Clean , Neat & well equipped with near by all necessities for a stay. Staff & Service is Good. Delicious food served - Veg & Nonveg available.Overall very nice place for stay , get togather, Corporate Training, Meetings , Reception etc. Well equipped Gym , swimming pool available.. over all Nice Place..

Attended the banquet for a marriage function. The place was well organised and the staff is were very helpful and always smiling.

Hosted wedding reception in here on 7th Dec 2019, and it was indeed a splendid experience.Mr Rahul, banquet manager guided us extremely well right from the beginning when we went to book the place.Beautifully decorated hall, good quality acoustics,and last but not the least a delectable fare of buffet made our wedding reception memorable indeed.All the guests were taken well care of by the efficient staff.Complimentary room , courtesy Mr Rahul added to the wow factor.....rooms are well spaced and comfortable too.

Had a very good stay, rooms were well equipped and clean. there were sanitizers in the entrance and very elevator door, stuff was maintaining covid 19 protocol.

Really bad experience, poor hygiene. I had Booked the rooms through make my trip along with breakfast and dinner. Found a cockroach moving around the buffet station next to food that I want to eat during dinner. I went to the room there was no hot water in the night, had to bath with cold water. Stains on the bedsheet. The restaurant should be shut down orelse it can cause some serious health hazards. The manager didnt really show much concern. All together really disappointed. Wouldnt advice you to go here ever and waste your money.

The infrastructure is good and reasonably priced but the staff is very less and lacks customer care and concern. If you are service conscious, choose some other Hotel.

The rooms, faucets and even cutlery look very old- this was just the beginningNone from the staff ever informed that they dont have parking inside. They informed of valet parking so we handed over our car. Next morning we were shocked to see our car standing outside full of dirt and some scratch-they hardly have parking space for 1/2 car it seems.our car was parked outside for the whole time- the car is full of dust and with scratches. The manager lacks even basic courtesy to have someone clean the vehicle or even apologize. All he kept saying was let me check cctv footage. God knows what he was planning to do with it. These people need basic trainingWe are a frequent traveler and have never encountered such lack of basic courtesy.. Breakfast timings are till 10.30. Sharp at 10.30 the restaurant staff starts taking away the buffet items. There were almost 7 tables occupied and the staff still cleared the entire buffet.Nowhere have we ever seen such insensitivity Forget hospitality this place lacks basic courtesy.

We went for a wedding reception... The hall was very cosy and well decorated but food was not up to the mark... The dal / filling ( I dont know what it is called) for the pani puri was cold, ...vegetarian food was better than non veg. Dal tadka was the saving grace...and Dahi wada too...

Tv is not working since i checked in and called them several times, but its still not working yet, secondly no hot water in tap, waited for more than 3 hours but still no hot water. They they sent a bucket of water, but that bucket was also not clean.Food was ok ok. It was too salty. And they took around 40-45 mins to serve meal in ur room.Earlier there was buffet system here with loaded menu thats why i booked this hotel just to enjoy nice food but unfortunately there is fixed set menu now and not all items are available still in their fixed set menu.No toiletries was available when i checked in to the room like soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc. including necessary things like water bottle and tea coffee sachet. Then there are stickers in toilet that these item are provided on demand. Pathetic that u have to call them for every single thing.Safety and hygiene is not upto the mark like Staff is not wearing hand gloves.Also no temperature check is done while you enter the hotel.So over all it was very bad experience this time. Waste of money. Very much disappointed and unhappy.

Good and hygienic place to stay. Polite and courteous staff. Buffet dinner under Rs 1000, medium spread. Tasty food. Good breakfast, medium spread. Less than 2 kms to other restaurants, shops, etc. Autos are available to go there and costs Rs 25. Another dining option also available right next door.

Front desk is good but the food is beyond pathetic the only reason I gave it 2 instead of 1 star is bcoz of the front desk lady she was very sweet and helpful. Each n every food was way too salty secondly the cold coffee had a fly in it also coffee was tasting spicy although after complaining they didnt charge us for the coffee but overall the rooms were good but the food was a complete waste .

Good Hotel. Just out of Main City in Mumbai.40 mins by car from Santacruz. Comfortable Rooms. Have 2 Conference Rooms. One small 35 capacity And second one can accommodate 100. Staff friendly. Welcoming.

They gave us upgrated room but many technical issues were there shower blocked. Lights doesnt work properly. No security staff at entrence. Staffs doesnt use any PPE kit. Reception should atleast keep power bank. Menu was not fixed most of the items were unavailable but they were still on menu.Food taste good but quality is bad. On call they will say food will reach to u in 25 mins but everytime it comes after 45-50mins.

An orchid group hotel with a Banquet there in. While this has some plus points of good location and external ambiance, the banquet of the place is pathetic. It cannot hold the number of people promised. It does not have a good sitting and dining arrangement. Food is mediocre and service is extremely bad.

I visited this hotel on 26th January 2020 for the Ted-x event. The first impression of this hotel is that it looks very small because of that it doesnt look like a 4 star hotel. The food was decent not great though. But on the other hand I had a great time in the event with my friends so overall a good visit.🙂

Hotel rooms were good.....Okay-ish room service .... I was here to attend a wedding reception, so I cant say much about this hotels restaurant but the food at the reception wasnt good. It didnt live up to the expectation, specially the icecream that they served and the starter dishes which were fishfingers and some mutton dish...all three tasted absolutely bland...,,yes even the icecream was bland....rest of the food was Okay.... So overall the experience for me was Okay-ish, as I had even greater expectations based on previous reviews.
